Anyone is welcome to play in the weekly Teapot Challenge - the more, the merrier! You automatically become a “TEApotter” the first time you play. Where will you find inspiration? Will it be from the teapot or from the challenge theme itself? Remember, your participation in Destination Station is 100% voluntary and not a requirement. Just have fun!
It's the last Tuesday of the month so that means it's time for our Teapot Tuesday Tickle Challenge
This week's challenge is brought to you by guest hostess:
mcschmidty/ Shelly
Challenge:
Lets go to Asia for tea!!!
My first actual 'tea time' at a Tea House was in Hong Kong. Lets go to Asia for tea, with a bonus of adding mountains in the background.
SEND CARDS TO: This week our destination is each other! Once a month, we send our cards to each other!
I can't edit this post to add the link to the sign-up thread: it will be in the next post, and also the current sign-up thread is always the only one with a green arrow beside it in the Teapot Tuesday Extras thread. If you are participating in the card exchange please go to this thread and follow the instructions. Make sure to sign up by bedtime on Saturday 4th July 2020. Your destination recipient will be PM'd to you.
Shelly's card will also be linked in the next post as I can't edit this one.

Be sure to you use KEYWORD MMTPT623 in your upload and post a comment here so we can all see your card!
Do you know someone that could use some well wishes, encouragement or all around warm fuzzies? Consider nominating them as a guest of honor (a.k.a. destination station) for an upcoming tea party. Send your request to jacqueline via PM or e-mail [email protected]. Include SCS Teaparty Request in the subject line.
My daughter & grandkids came in last night and will be here a few days so I took a guess from the teapot teaser and made a card Sunday in hopes I had guessed close to the theme . . . Here is my Asian card for Teapot Tuesday.

Thanks for a fun teaparty Shelly, the gallery is already looking fabulous. Thank you Sabrina for all the time you give to the Teapot Tickle and everything else you do here at SCS.
Would love to participate but I'm still trying to get my VSN cards done and have to get a card created for great granddaughter #2's third birthday. They turn up on Friday for the weekend and I haven't seen them since February so lots of shenanigans I imagine. I have a few ideas for the challenge so if I get a card done I will just send it to someone at random.
Do I understand this week use mountains on the card and send it to someone who lives east of us?
I might be a bit confused!
The last Tuesday of each month is Tickle a Teapotter, when we have the option of sending to each other - some happy mail received in return for all the happy mail sent every other week. We have a guest hostess each month. Shelly's challenge is to make an Asian theme card with extra virtual calorie-free cookies to enjoy with your tea if you include mountains. You can make one for your stash, you can make one and send it to anybody else. If you do want to take part in the "Tickle", the sign-up thread is in the second post of the challenge, since I was unable to edit the first post to include it.
Your keyword in the title was right but in the keyword field it was MMPTP . I've edited it for you. It can help to know what the keyword means...it originated as MotherMark's TeaPot Tuesday.
Most of my oriental stamps are in Arizona, so I dug through my stash of papers and found this beautiful Graphic 45 DP. This card also worked for a VSN challenge. I had fun cutting up the paper and embellishing it for this challenge:
