Anyone is welcome to play in the weekly Teapot Challenge - the more, the merrier! You automatically become a "TEApotter" the first time you play. Where will you fin inspiration? Will it be from the teapot? The destination location? Something of the recipient? Or could it be from the challenge itself? Remember, sending your card to the listed guest of honor is 100% voluntary - it's not a requirement but will be very well appreciated. Just have fun!
This week's challenge hostess is: jennifrann / Jen

Sabrina, aka Cook22, suggested this week's tea party recipient, Barbara. Sabrina and Barbara have been pen-pals for years. Barbara was scheduled for surgery in May but it was then postponed due to COVID19. Sabrina learned that Barbara has had her surgery earlier this month and is recovering so it's the perfect time to send her some well wishes. Barbara likes flowers, birds/nature, fairies, music, tea parties and the color pink.
SEND CARDS TO: Barbara Falencki 62 Esplanade Drive Somerset, NJ 08873 USA My card is linked in comments.

Do you know someone that could use some well wishes, encouragement or all around warm fuzzies? Consider nominating them as a guest of honor (a.k.a. destination station) for an upcoming tea party. Send your request to jacqueline via PM or e-mail [email protected]. Include SCS Teaparty Request in the subject line.
I'll be along with my card soon. Yesterday was yet another day I never made it to my desk. Ironically, DH had turned the PC on so he could print something, so I had to go up and turn it off at bedtime.
I used a white gel pen, some glitter gel pens (inspired by Helen, who always does amazing work with hers, but you can barely see mine) and some Papermate Flair pens.
oh my gosh Sabrina.. that envelope is just awesome ! I've just started decorating my envelopes again. I did that probably 20 years ago... and then never seemed to have the time to do it. How silly of me... if I have the time to make a card, the envelope is half the work, and mine were never that elaborate. Thank you for that inspiration !!!
I will send a card today... might use a Mandolin stamp I just got from Crafters Companion on HSN with the magazine, and try the Zentangling. Never saw nor heard of it before . Happy crafting everyone !
Jennifer I can't draw worth a nickle, so I traced this kitty. She looks exactly like my kitty, Precious.

My sister was over making some art projects today when I suddenly said, "Is this Tuesday?" Can't keep track of the days at all. At least I got the card up on Tuesday even if it is late in the day. MMTPT622 Mouse Greetings by casep - at Splitcoaststampers
I just remembered that I need to decorate the envelope. I think I will use blue mouse tracks.

Thank you so much Tea Potters for honoring my cousin this week. She will be thrilled beyond words to receive so much creative love. It's been a long while since I've attended a Tea Party here, but I do so enjoy them and hope to start coming more often. Here is my card for Barbara.
Thanks for a lovely Teaparty Jen and Sabrina. I did a decorated envelope but forgot to take a photo. This is in the mail and should arrive sometime this year...hopefully.
Sigh. The mojo fairy deserted me this week...sending Barbara a card from my stash. It has nature and a fairy on it...maybe that's where my mojo fairy went?

That card is beautiful and fits the theme perfectly. If I was a mojo I would probably go there. Honestly, a lot of us seem to be missing mojos lately. Hopefully, they will decide to return soon.
Aww, thanks, Shirl, Debbie & Sabrina for your kind words about my card! One good thing about the mojo fairy being absent--my cleaning fairy popped in & I got my craft room cleaned & reorganized last week. Maybe the mojo fairy will like the cleaned-up craft room, & move back in!

I think cleaning and reorganizing (an ongoing occurrence for me) is one of the best things you can do when the mojo is not happening. I need to do this too!
I think she's hoping to send me a photo to share at some stage, but Barb wrote this in her reply to my birthday greeting:
