Does SSS always have a $5 discount code? I thought I had a postcard with a code that was good through the end of June. I searched and searched for my card and only found one that expired at the end of May. Now I am wondering if I didn't have a card or if I need to keep searching. If they don't have a current discount code, does anyone know if they have any annual sales? Thanks in advance for helping me!
I think they mail you the post card with the code when you order so the one that came out after that one is good till august some time I think off the top of my head but, I am at work and it is at home.
Thank you! I think I placed my last order in April but it was not shipped until May. I am guessing the cards I found that ended in May were from that order and the code ended in May. Too, bad! It isn't a big deal, but the coupon often gives me an incentive to choose SSS. I'll either wait for a sale or order elsewhere.
I don't think there is a code right now, but you can always check https://www.simonsaysstamp.com/coupons and it will show you any offers or promos they are featuring at the time.
Sales:
Well they often have a discount bin going. Sometimes those items are seriously marked down, however I personally suspect they don't keep a lot of any one thing around if it isn't brand new given my experience with selling out.
They often have a sale of the month on a particular brand.
Or...they could do a sitewide 15% but not including their own OR just their own stuff. Which could be back to back sales. This is the one that annoys me. Just do the whole website bc I don't want to pay shipping twice over.
AWESOME - thanks for the coupon link on SSS! I, too, missed out on my May coupon as at the moment I couldn't make up my mind. I will bookmark that link for the next time I order (and I was sure wishing I had a coupon last week... what was that I "needed" again? hehe)

I just googled "Simon Says Stamp coupons" and found a whole list of different discounts that they have this month, including the June $5 off code. Wow, I had no idea that was available without getting a post card from them.

Current code is HEAT899. It's good until 8/15 at 11:59p.m. ET. It's $5. They do send a postcard with every order but those codes do expire. And, you don't need the postcard to use the code. I use the HONEY app and it does a search every time I order from Simon Says to see if I have the best code. Almost always a $5 off coupon but sometimes better.
They do have sales, I don't remember when. And sometimes they have sales on specific products/companies. Right now I think it's 15% off Honeybee. Hope that helps.

I only found a free gift with purchase on the SSS coupon page. I tried one of the "free international shipping on orders over $200" codes from the site I found with a long list of coupons...SSS says that code has expired! Could you please post the URL for the site you found? The one I was looking at didn't even have the current $5 coupon. Thanks!
I find their shipping to be quite high compared to other companies so I wait until they have some kind of sale or order from somewhere else.
I placed a SSS order last week. One regular size Distress pad, 2 mini distress pad tins, and a bottle of Tombow glue. The shipping was $6.99. And I wonder why people complain about the perceived high cost of S.U. shipping.

I keep my postcards, when I have them, til they expire. Also, the HONEY app that has been referenced here works really great. It usually has all the codes and not just for Simon Says. Works on tons of sites. Anyways, here's the postcard for your reference:

I just place an order last night and received the $5 with Honey. It's a Google extension.
Does Honey always give money back from SSS?
I don't think they ever give "cash back". This is an app that looks for sale codes on a ton of sites, not just Simon Says. I originally got it for Amazon. If there is an active sale code on Simon Says, Honey will find it and apply it to your order. If there are not sales codes at the time, it will tell you that as well. I hope that answers your question.
I think they do have something called "honey dollars" but I haven't explored that aspect of the app.
FYI...For those of you interested in Honey app, Scrapbook.com is having a sale. I just placed an order and Honey automatically searched several codes and I got an additional 10% off the already reduced sale price. And, their shipping is based on weight not dollar amount spent, Hope that helps someone. Have a good day.
