Welcome to the June Scrapbook Technique Challenge! June is almost half gone, so I thought it was about time to post our challenge.
I am challenging you to make a pocket style or grid layout this month! I have noticed we don’t have that challenge any longer, so if you Like this style or need to do one of these, now is the time! I have made a sample. But of course, now, I have to make another one for the other side! LOL
Come on and play this month. Come back here and link your page so we can all ohh and ahh! Remember to use the keyword: TECH20JUN
Thanks, Sharon. I always want to do more of those, but shy away because I'm not good at them, probably if I actually practiced some I might find them more fun. I appreciate the challenge.
I have pretty much finished my DT layout for Sketches in Thyme. Yay! Can't post it yet, but will sometime after the 22nd.

Hello everyone - and thank you Joyce Ann for the invitation. It has been a long time since I have done any scrapbooking, so I am excited for a little inspiration to get going again. My first project this week was to finish my youngest son's scrapbook. I only had a few more high school soccer pages to complete, so I will try to post those soon. I definitely have some project life pages that could fit into the pocket challenge, but that type of scrapping is definitely not my favorite - I always get stuck on the journaling.
My page goal for the month of June - 5

Welcome, Derck! We are so glad you have joined us. Thank you, Joyce Ann for inviting her.
FYI, pocket pages are difficult for me too! But you could just do a grid page. LOL. But I will have different technique Challenge next month.

Sharon, non of the cubs or parents knew I was in the kitchen, it was hard for me not to laugh as they all gasped when they saw me.
The parents said how much they enjoyed it, obviously Steve being ex police has lots of knowledge about forensics, so everyone had fun.
It sounds fun! Just such a neat event to do with your grandsons! And then scrap it, too!
So fun that you got photos of it so you could scrap this fun memory.
Good Morning from Austin, Tx.!
Sharon said I should add this page to the TECH grid challenge. I still want to get to creating a "pocket page" or two before the end of the month.
Sharon, are you posting a challenge for July? I haven't been very good at participating in these, but I am determined to turn over a new leaf this month!
