Favourites for the week ending June 6, 2020
It's Sabrina here to start the Favourites thread this week. It's been a busy than normal week in work for me, so I don't have a lot to share - not much stamping or gallery time for me. We had a hot sunny weekend last weekend, I was hoping for some rain to soften the ground and plant some flowers. Plenty of rain, but the temperatures have also plummeted so that we had to turn the heating back on. And we should have been leaving for our holidays next Wednesday - that's on hold. Thinking about holidays, don't forget to mark your calendars for the VSN Summer Playlist: the main even takes place at the end of June - Friday 26 and Saturday 27. About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday 31st May through Saturday, 6th June. Everyone is welcome to join in - check my next post for directions. Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum. Our dedicated team members on the job delivering notifications and smiles this week are: Carla (Covington Crafter), Janine (Jay_Bee), Kia (kiagc), Angie (ohmypaper!), Nancy (nwilliams6) and me. I can say on behalf of all the team that we know ourselves from bitter experience how hard it is to make and post lists these days, and we truly appreciate each one who makes the extra effort. Here are some of my favorites from last week: Triangulation by jkanackAnother WT795 by lazylizardGood Morning Magnolia WT795 by razldazl WCW001 Think big by susie australia MMTPT619 Tea for Two by susie australiaWhat were the standout cards you spotted in the gallery last week? Post your links and make someone's day.

Helpful hints and tips
EVERYONE is invited to join in!
You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you.
Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
- That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site or prepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
- The card maker’s SCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
- It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
- And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week.
Need help posting your favorites list or thank you? Click the below links for posting tips.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but I prepared my list in NOTEPAD, then copied it into QUICK REPLY, then clicked POST QUICK REPLY. Everything worked. It did not work if I used Go Advanced, non of the links formatted and could not be opened.

It looks like many of you liked what a little bleach and I created this week. I made two cards for that challenge and am flattered that Sabrina and Susie mentioned one of them in their favorites and that Carla mentioned my other one. I am so honored. when you are just trying something different and never too sure what the outcome will be, it is always a pleasant surprise when others find it attractive. Sometimes I don't see beyond the fun I had in the process, and may not pay as much attention to if coming together artistically. Perhaps you never have that experience, but I do often. What fun it is to have things validated and enjoyed by others. Love you, gals!

Thanks for getting started Sabrina, and thanks for the notifications! Hope you are able to get some flowers planted soon.
Polly, thanks for mentioning my teabag soldiers. I had fun with that one and love, love, love the new watercolor challenge.
Susie, Amy, and Marge, thanks for mentioning my Chicken Motives card - I had fun making it as well. I laughed and smiled making that one.
Amy and Janine, thanks for mentioning my wildflowers card.
I appreciate you all!
