take cards no matter if you play along in the challenge or not.
This month our challenge is to be inspired by YOU! Let’s your own creativity be your guide. This is all about showing others that that
matter…that what is important to them is important to others…about being who
you are and that being ok. So be who
you are – and use your style and creativity as your own inspiration.

Newbie here to Cards for a Cause with a silly question ... is there a note to include with the cards being sent so they know where the cards are coming from?
I always include a note card with how many cards I am sending and my name, address and email address. Sometimes they like to email you a thank you or send a more formal thank you.

Ya'll are so amazing!!!! It really touches my heart every month to see how much you step up and support these groups! You're changing lives - one card at a time!!! You'll never know the difference that you make in the lives you touch. AMAZING!!!!
What a delightful surprise to be the March 2020 Cards of a Cause recipient!!!
So far we have received...
A nice variety of 100 Cards with envelopes from Kate Deignan! (The Kids absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your 'Anything is PASTABLE" rainbow card!!! Since you asked... we would be delighted if you would send a few more of those!!! Funny or "Punny" cards are always a hit!
3 adorable cards from Diane Schneider with envelopes. A favorite of yours is the puppy peaking out of the round hole with paw prints!
A variety of 25 cards with envelopes from Sherri Thacker. The old lady driving the car with the doggy passenger and the Llama cards were the favorites.
All of the cards are so wonderfully creative and greatly appreciated. Thank you ladies for blessing us with your talent! The "punny/funny" cards really seem to be a HUGE hit right now with both the kids and the adults.
One other note...We are also in desperate need of double sided dsp and card stock for folks to create their own cards. If anyone has any that they are clearing out because it's retired or you don't need we would be happy to put it to good use.

Thank you so very much! We can always use more supplies. Right now the urgent need is double sided dsp and card stock. Also, everyone from the kids to adults are loving the "Funny/Joke" cards right now. Can't say I blame them... we all could use a bit more laughter.
I've been trying to make up some kits for those who have weakened immune systems and need to stay in. Also for the kiddo's who are out of school right now. Maybe they can use the kits for their "Art" part of their distant learning. ;)
I really need to find a place to afford & buy more Versafine Onyx Black Inker, so I can get my ink pads re-inked for all of these images for the kits. I just used my last bit this past Thursday. Ugg! lol
Just letting everyone know that we have nearly depleted our Christmas card stash from this past holiday season. So, it you have some extra's laying around...we will be happy to have those too. ;)
Talk about perfect timing! I haven't been on SCS in ages but, with my school district closed for 3 weeks, I decided to jump back in and see what's happening. One of the items on my "to do" list is to clean up my crafting room...so I'll go through my tons of card stock and double sided DSP and gather some items to send. I'm sure I have cards too...I'll focus on Christmas so you can start stocking up for this year!
This month's donatiosn are going to a group that I feel deeply about. Here are a few of the cards I made. Hoping all the changes will allow me to go to the post office to get them all mailed. I have more in my gallery - just posting a few here.

Oh Bonnie... You literally made me cry!
I am so very humbled to be getting some reinker. Only another crafter can know just how many smiles this is going to put onto so many faces!!!
Plus, 2 big boxes.... oh my goodness lady, you are an angel!!!
Does anyone know where to get a good deal on the clear resealable card bags/sleeves? I'm working on sorting cards into their prospective catagories and only have a few left of the ones I had. I think I got them from SU. Does SU still sell them? If so, does anyone know what the item number is? I don't have a local demo anymore.
Christi, Just mailed you 25 cards cards. I haven't order them lately, but I get my plastic sleeves from Amazon at a great price. Also I have order from Consumer Crafts which is also a great company.

175 cards will go out tomorrow. I'm sending in a flat rate box but ziploc bagged all the cards in the box becaues we've had snow again. I found out that the mail person will acutally come to your door to pick up flat rate packages if you let them know in advance. Working from home right now, so I'll be here to allow them to pick it up.
