Happy day after Mother's Day...is Mother's Day celebrated around the world?? I hope so. All women need to be celebrated. We've all had someone in our lives who've nurtured us. Especially now, Moms and Dads are on the front lines.
Today we are going to be stamping wreaths. Wreaths aren't just for Christmas any longer. I love circles so I love wreaths. Feel free to do any kind of wreath for any time of year and occasion. You can follow the tutorial or if you have any other way you like to do wreaths, that's fine too. I know there are wreath building stamps, Gina K is one brand, I believe and those are fine to use too. The only requirements from me is that most of the wreath should be stamped on any kind of paper and to NOT use a premade wreath image or stamp.
The directions call for a stamping platform. If you don't have one, draw a circle and use clear stamps and blocks. I did use one of the wreath stamping templates that are in the forum under My Sweet Petunia. It worked pretty well.
Remember to use the keyword TLC793 when you are uploading. It's helpful if you come back and leave a link on this thread, especially in case you made a typo and people may not find your card.
If you're not sure how to link your card on the thread here, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

Reason: in staging
Mother's Day is in June in France Jean, but sometimes it's in May mostly the third Sunday of May this year it's the first Sunday of June
Thank you for this challenge and here's my first try, will try to make another this morning
And here's my square not-wreath, which I won't upload. I think my sand dollars (first two attempts) were too big, and then when I added the shells they were even bigger.
Nice to pull out an under-used wreath stamp. I need to make notes of what diameter circles work best with each of the stamps, I had to try twice last night to get this looking OK.

Jean, it's been almost 2 months since you gave us this challenge. I can't belive it. It feels like it was last week! Honestly, I was afraid the challenge would be difficult but I gave it a try and I am now addicted!
