It's Sabrina here as your hostess this week - and just a day too late for something with an April Fool's twist. I thought we would go with knots this week - those of us at home with plenty of time on our hands could go all out fancy with a Carrick Bend or a Chinese Good Luck knot - plenty of tutorials available on the internet. I gave DH a book of knots as part of his Christmas present this year. Cathy chose to use French Knots for her flower centres - a brilliant idea. Don't tie yourself in knots but do use some sort of knot on your card. Ribbon, twine, cord, floss, whatever takes your fancy.
Once you've finished your knotty creation, upload it with the keyword WT786, and then come back and share a link here - that makes it easy for people to find your card, and is especially helpful in case of typos.
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Thanks as always to the rest of the team for coming with with great and inspiring samples: Cathy, Carla, Toni and Lisa - who got her DH to tie the same knot my DH uses.
Fun challenge Sabrina I thought about the French saying; sac de noeuds or tête de noeud...the first means when everything is knotted, the second means an imbecile ...
Hi Sabrina! Thank you for your knotty challenge. I used 2 fabric strips for my knotted ties for my embellishment, and added a baker's twine tie for the birthday balloon. Added some fussy cut grass blades, and sponged my sky. This is for my future DIL's birthday Here's Two Mice HB

Used a simple slip knot. I doubled up my last Florapalooza challenge with Lee's wildflowers request, and your knotty one, Sabrina. Thank you! Made 7 BG by experimenting with the stamp. MAR20VSNR WT786 Key To My Wi...
