Any word on getting Nancy Williams (nwilliams6) problem fixed? She's still totally locked out of SCS & gets that double authentication thing every time she tries. Poor Nancy feels so unloved but we're doing our best to hold her together, lol. We also kinda need her for the FS team. ;)

Yes - I emailed her last week - that authentication is gone with the update so she just needs to clear her browser cache.

Please have her try logging in in an incognito window in Chrome and let me know what happens.
I might have figured it out. If she set up a two step process for SCS in
Google Authenticator, she will need to get a code through the app, use
it to log in and then turn it off in Edit Security.

Nancy gave me her password that was good for 24 hrs. She had already tried it once & it didn't work. I tried it on my hub's laptop so it wouldn't recognize me & it wouldn't work for me, either.
Any update on getting Nancy (nwilliams6) or Cathy (Cathymac) back on the site? They're hostesses on challenges and Nancy is part of the Favorites Team. We really miss them!!!!!!

I get what she gets when she logs in, so does the team.
So I just gave her a temporary account and we'll see what happens until we get a fix.
If anybody talks to Cathy - have her email me - I haven't heard back from her and I can do the same for her

I doubt if anybody other than hostesses would have been asked for the verification - I only was when I was moving stuff, not regular posting in existing threads or anything. That's just my guess, though.

The change only applied to people who could moderate threads, and when we changed it, only those two were unable to get in.
I was wondering where dear Nancy was and saw this thread..I miss her posts. Hope she gets back on soon.
