Welcome to Splitcoaststampers! To save a card you like, there is an "Add To Favorites" button just below the description and supply list of the card you are looking at and just above the comments.
To find the cards you've "favorited" (i.e. saved), you would go to the "My Favorites" folder. When you're browsing the Gallery, along the left side are some options (Upload A Card, My Gallery, etc.) and My Favorites is one of them.
If there's a better or quicker way to save and access the cards you want to keep, someone will post it (I don't pretend to be an expert on SCS - although I've been a member for over a decade I still discover things on this amazing site!). That's the way I've been saving and viewing cards I love, though.
