Anyone is welcome to play in the weekly Teapot Challenge - the more, the merrier! You automatically become a “TEApotter” the first time you play. Where will you find inspiration? Will it be from the teapot? The destination location? Something of the recipient? Or could it be from the challenge itself? Remember, sending your card to the listed guest of honor is 100% voluntary - it's not a requirement but will be very well appreciated. Just have fun!
This week's challenge hostess is:Jennifrann/Jen
CHALLENGE:
You all know Mad Libs--where you are asked to fill out a list of words and then you fill in the blanks of the story and have a good laugh? We’re going to play Teapotter Mad Libs today.
For today’s challenge think of a verb, a noun, and an adjective and make a card based on those three words.
Then come back and fill in the Mad Libs:
We ____ that our _____ will make Theresa feel _______.
Of course anyone is welcome to use the real words for the sentence - hope, cards, and loved. Or put in words that will make sense for the sentence, but the fun of Mad Libs is the silly phrases that you end up with. Don’t forget to tell us what your sentence was!
CARD TYPE/THEME: Thinking of You; Hello; Humorous; Religious/spiritual images and sentiments are welcome. Theresa is also a card maker/crafter and loves flowers.
This week's Guest of Honor is Theresa Tauscher and was suggested by SCS Mac4551/Mac who met Theresa through Cricut Card Fairies and quickly became “sister friends”. Theresa is in her mid-70’s and has been having numerous health issues lately.
SEND CARDS TO:
Theresa Marie Tauscher
1584 Hillsdale Ave.
San Jose, CA 95118-1040
USA
Be sure to you use KEYWORD MMTPT599 in your upload and post a comment here so we can all see your card!
Do you know someone that could use some well wishes, encouragement or all around warm fuzzies? Consider nominating them as a guest of honor (a.k.a. destination station) for an upcoming tea party. Send your request to jacqueline via PM or e-mail[email protected].Include SCS Teaparty Request in the subject line.

I received a sweet card from Theresa and am posting a thank you here. What a surprise, Theresa, love my lady in the wind! Blessing to you!!! and a big HUG!
yes, she absolutely LOVED all the cards.. and for some reason couldn't believe she received so many gorgeous cards. She talks about them all the time. She is doing better, but now she and husband Louie have fevers and her doctor is keeping a close eye on both of them. Her antibiotics seem to be helping, and her leg infection is somewhat cleared. She still has to have a nurse come daily and change the dressing on her leg, but she has improved. Thank you to ALL !
My verb = love; noun = poinsettia; adjective = beautiful. My mad lib: "We love that our poinsettia will make Theresa feel beautiful." Here is my card: Poinsettias = Christmas!
