Hi, & Welcome to this week's Inspiration Challenge. This week we are headed to Birch Lane
They also have their pinterest boards seen here. I have gathered a few of my favorite shots to this SCS Inspiration board seen here. I know that people are super busy this time of year and that makes it a good thing there are no time limits for these challenges right? as you read this the thread is being moved for me as I am traveling for the holidays and I will be back in a week to see what you all have been up to. Me, I spent a bunch of time taking photos this last month to do a December Daily scrapbook and I do not do this every year so that makes it fun for me. I am going to make a blog post that should be the top post if you click the siggy line to see my sample. At any rate I was inspired by this shot to create this art page for the album. Thanks for hanging in there with us as we adapt to the changes and I hope you all have a beautiful holiday with your families.
The new normal for the Inspiration challenge will be using more and more social media sites as they are already hosting the photographs being used for Inspiration. (if written permission has not been granted by the person who has taken it) Have fun with this, I am looking forward to see what sparks you all.
Use the keyword: IC733(no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words. Include your inspiration image in the description of your project being sure to only include links from Birch Lane
How to Play ~View the images at Pinterest. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping! Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery post in this thread. Thanks for Joining along with us! NEED HELP GETTING A LINK TO YOUR INSPIRATION PICTURE? Since so many are having trouble grabbing the link to just one picture, please try this:
If you are unable to grab the link of your chosen picture, (on some sites, you can't, it only gives a link to the whole collection), hover over the picture in the collection that you want to link to. On a windows machine, right click the picture (on a Mac, 2 finger click). When the options come up, select COPY IMAGE ADDRESS. This link will be for that picture.

Stacy- such a fun site! Just finished decorating our small Christmas tree, this year with handmade ornaments- that's my distant background As for my card, I was inspired by the Holly Berry Birdhouse Print- I substituted a cuckoo clock for the birdhouse, and fussy cut my holly and berries, propped up with dimensionals, as is my sentiment block. I colored very lightly with the help of my blender pen- here's Merry Christmas clock
