Challenge: Glitter and shine.
My challenge this week is super easy. I want you to do a mixed media project and add glitter. Make it sparkly and shiny. Today is my daughter's 28th birthday, so bonus points if you make it a birthday project.
I took a piece of cardstock and watercolored it. I die cut a poinsettia out of that cardstock. I used markers to go around the edges. I shaped the poinsettia and added glitter to the center, petals and leaves. I went with a non traditional way of coloring the poinsettia. I was inspired by my friend Lee Ann.
So go create something sparkly
Make sure you use the key word MIX359 so it will show up in the MIX359 Gallery.
Here's my card, MariLynn, DEC19VSNC Snow Much Wishes! I'm combining with the VSN Build a Snowman challenge. I used dye ink, water-based markers, white acrylic marker, gel pen, Stickles, Perle red pen and glitter paper.
