I have fiskars titanium non stick scissors. If they do get sticky, they clean up easily with alcohol wipes. I also use Tim holtz/tonic scissors. I think those blades are titanium too.

years ago I bought CutterBee Non-stick precision scissors. I love them. I have no idea if they are still available. They are great to cut small areas.

I have multiple non-stick scissors-- a cutterbee, a paper studio (Hobby Lobby), and a CTMH. They're all about the same, though I like paper studio/CTMH's a little more since their handles are one round/one oblong, which I find more comfy.
Leslie I love my cutterbee scissors (the black and yellow ones are non-stick) I have just replaced a pair that I used for 10 years. Every now and then they need a clean, so I dunk them in a small bottle of eucalyptus oil and wipe clean with a tissue.

I have the Close To My Heart teflon scissors. They were a gift from my sweet sis. They are fabulous. Nothing sticks to them, and they are the sharpest, most precise little snips I have ever used.
I really adore my Tim Holtz paper snips. I have them in two sizes now... one for little bitty cuts and a big honker for longer/straighter cuts. They aren't the cheapest, but I used my 40% coupons at Hobby Lobby for each purchase, starting with the big one... which I liked so well I decided to invest in the snips, also.

I use Westcott non-stick scissors. I have the 3" and 5" and have had them for years and although I don't use them often they work really well for my paper needs. Just now am purchasing the 2" Bonsai Scissors that are also non-stick.
I use tiny pointy scissors for any intricate work and I have a great pair of teflon ones that came from Ikea. I also used to use eucalyptus oil to clean the sticky gunk off my scissors but I read a great tip and it works brilliantly. I use one of those natural rubber erasers that you would normally use to clean up extra xyron sticky on your paper, simply rub it along the scissor blade and the sticky comes straight off!

I have used these scissors for maybe 15 years. I used to cut my SU stamps apart with these when you had to cut the separate the rubber stamps. I had never heard of using eucalyptus oil. I will have to look for it. I have used alcohol quite a bit and it seems to not be the greatest at removing any gunk anymore. It is possible I am getting more picky.

I have cutterbees. One for ribbon cutting and one for fussy cutting. I use other scissors for sticky stuff and use goo gone. Every time I clean my scissors I'm afraid of cutting myself. I just found out that there a specific non stick scissors just bought a pair at hobby lobby Santa will be bringing them to me

I had a pair that I lost. I haven't seen any in the stores...
I have seen regular Cutter Bees in the stores.
I went to hobby lobby and Michaels and no cutter bees.

I actually bought mine in the school supply area at Walmart just before school started. They are Fiskars and have pretty handles. Work like a dream and I believe they were under $5.
I just got the Tim Holtz haberdashery scissors and love them! I don't care for his others because of the serrated edge - looks like I used a steak knife on whatever I'm cutting.

For fussy cutting, I use the tiny Martha Stewart white ones, not non-stick.
For cutting my ScorTape, I bought these on Amazon almost a year ago and have used them exclusively for cutting any sticky stuff. They are awesomely non-stick: LIVINGO 2 PACK 8-INCH TITANIUM NON-STICK SCISSORS
I would buy them again in a heartbeat. No gunky build-up. :-0
Tim Holtz scissors have 2 sides. turned one way you get the serrated edge but if you turn them the other way you don't. Try it and see! They are wonderful and very strong.
I have Tim Holtz and I get serrated edges on both sides. Its just that one side is serrated underneath and when you turn the scissors, the other side serrates the top. Not sure if they are all like that. Mine are the short handled big finger handles. But if you keep all the serrated sides underneath, it won't matter.

That's weird. I have them too, and I like the fact that I do get either serrated or not depending on which way I use them, smooth or serrated blade on top. I choose the serrated option when I'm fussy-cutting furry things like Penny Black or Purple Onion animals. I have both the small ones and the big shears, one pair for dress-making and one up here on my desk.

I’ve used mine for at least 15-20 years. I currently have 4 pair…one for each desk, one exclusively for tacky stuff like adhesive tapes, foam tapes, etc. and one in case I lose one (heh, you never know!). I love them as I’ve never found anything that lets me cut as precisely as the pints on these little suckers.

Tim Holtz Scissors! I've tried other brands before I got Tim's Scissors, but they didn't work as well. It was frustrating. I got my Tim Holtz Scissors through Hobby Lobby, BUT watch for their sales, since they don't give the 40% off coupons now! You can get them for a good price then! I ended up getting them ALL after trying the smaller size, & yes, when they went on sale! To clean, because they do need cleaning from time to time, I use Goo-Gone.
I have the Tim Holtz 7 inch (middle size from when it was the only size) bc they can cut heavier things too. But I was always disappointed...when I am cutting cling or tapes, the adhesive sticks to it, so being "non stick" was never true for me. I just clean them with goo gone.
I see I posted in 2019. I use Cutterbee scissors for paper that is not sticky, and Honeybee for the sticky paper with adhesive. Sometimes I clean the Honeybee ones with alcohol, but not too often. I have used these scissors between 15 and 20 years. They work as well today as the first time I used them.
