I'm not sure of size. it looks like maybe 2 inches by the picture i seen it in.

It's Stampin' Up! the wood block is 2 1/2 by about 1 3/4. I don't remember the year or the exact name. Maybe someone else know

It was called Beautiful Birthday and came out in th 2012-2015 annual catalog

I have not found it under the name " beautiful birthday " looked in June 13-14, june 14-15 and june 15-16

I do have a typo in my original post. It was the June 2012-2013 SU annual catalog. Here's a link to the SCS gallery:

It was a single stamp, not part of a set.

If it's no longer available from Stampinup you may find someone trying to sell it on eBay or another similar site. I found an older book that was lost by someone I'd loaned it to on sites like eBay. Saw a lot of older stamps being offered while I was looking for the book.

The item number for that stamp is 125562 and it was found on page 44 of the '12-'13 Stampin' UP All Occasions catalog It is indeed called Beautiful Birthday. If you are a member of FB, check the ISO sites for it, along with the picture of the stamp. If you are an active SU demonstrator, you can also check on Stampin' Connection to see if someone is willing to sell their stamp.
