Is the specific flower soft glue still around? Can't find it anywhere..what do you use in place of? I've tried other glues and they don't have the "sticking" power of the specific one. Love using my flower soft, especially on stamped bare branch trees.
Check Marco's Paper. Our local store had it last time I was there. It is a small but reputable store. No worries about on line ordering. They are terrific

I demo'd with Flower soft years ago and it's actually just some Alene's white glue. Hope that helps!
They don't have the color range that they used to, but I'm happy to see it still around! I was on the DT for a little while, and enjoyed playing with their products.

I use Sobo Glue. It’s fabric glue but works perfect with Flower soft.
You can make your own by rubbing pieces of the old type styrofoam (available at Joann’s and others). It makes a dust the texture of flower soft. You can use re-inkers or food coloring for assorted colors.
I just did a tutorial on making your own fluff for flowers but it won’t let me post a link. Jeepers that’s annoying. It’s so easy, no grinding styrofoam balls!

I like to consider myself the Queen of Making my Own Things, ROFL! I love the styrofoam "Flower Soft". It's not really the same thing. Flower Soft has the consistency of a ground loofah. I do have a container of styrofoam "Flower Soft" and it is really pretty and so much fun to work with. Love it for adding details.
Thanks for bringing up resources about Flower Soft. I lost mine a couple of years ago. I miss it.
Thanks for bringing up this thread! I have quite a collection of Flower Soft, and even mixed some colors for my own mixtures. I haven't used any in quite a while, (since I have way too much stuff), and think I will pull it out and get creative!!
What an absolute treat it was to visit your blog. I love flowers, greenery and basically nature itself. Since I cannot draw at all, that is why I started stamping over 35++ years ago. Your flowers and foliage are so amazingly realistic that I almost felt as if I could reach out and touch them through my computer.
Thank you, truly, for sharing your way of making the 'fluff' for flowers!
(I perhaps missed it, so please let me know if it is there, however I could not find a link tossing up in order to get updates when you have another blog post...)
