Default Shout out for great service

I can't say enough good things about ScrapbookPal.com Copic Sketch Markers, Lawn Fawn and More!. They have great prices, a nice selection, ship quickly and great customer service.

I put some notes in my order of copics that I doubled checked to make sure that all the markers were sketch and there should be no duplicates. They contacted me, because they found a duplicate in my order. They offered me a refund, exchange or credit. I took the exchange and got a different color that I needed. It's so great that they actually read the order notes.

Another shout out -- this time for WPlus9 Design Studio - Photopolymer Clear Stamps. I love Dawn Woleslagle's designs. In addition to responding to my messages in a timely manner and helping me through some technical difficulties, I received an extra and a handmade card in my package.

So nice!

That's great! Love to hear this kind of thing!!

I wish we could corral them all in one place so if someone wants to buy something they can see the good reviews! The mods are going to hate me bc I keep suggesting things that would be more work for them if it was done.

Can't say enough about Joggles.com...great service, fast shipping. Large variety of current, popular products, and always some unusual and new..all at discounts. Owner does great videos on how to use products also. Shipments come packaged well and always wrapped in some pretty tissue paper (which you can reuse). I would recommend them highly for any crafting, mixed media, or artistic products.

Ellenhutson.com never disappoints! They ship quickly and include some pretty ribbon with every order. They have a great selection, give you a discount the next month after you place an order, and have sales frequently. I have always been happy with all of my orders.

I have had good experiences with so many over time...

What comes to mind I guess is recently-Tonic studios
PB stamps-he wont take payment till he knows he has what you ordered.
Scrapbooking for less-has actually spent priority money to send me a missing 12 x 12 DP. I was shocked and actually felt bad. Little company run out of her garage. Great prices.
Ellen Hutson-what was said plus they carry Quietfire dies though I often will buy direct
Power Poppy-Marcella Hawley is a lovely person
Oh-Crackerbox Palace-the owner is a total sweetheart. Very generous. They made a boo boo on an order and I got free stuff with the correction.

I am sure I missing people.

I have praise for Ellen Hutson. I was looking at a stitching square die by Paper Smooches. I couldn't figure out if it just cut the holes, or if it cut the square with holes in it. I couldn't get in touch with PS, so I called Ellen Hutson. I spoke with a very nice woman (I forget her name) who works in the office there, and explained what I wanted to know. She wasn't sure of the answer, so she actually went to the warehouse to look at the die itself! She came back, and told me it cut just the holes. Talk about going above & beyond! I ended up placing an order with them for that die as a result. I also like that they offer a discounted shipping rate for orders that weigh less than 13 ounces. I believe it's "just" First Class through the USPS. I don't think it's available to international buyers, but it's a big money-saving help for a small order!

Default Frantic Stamper

It could be that I love Frantic Stamper because they're based in my home state of Oregon. It could be that I love them because they carry unique and beautiful products from around the world (one of my favorites being Mintay from Poland). It could be that they ship quickly and securely. It could be their exclusive kits chock full of dies and embellishments. Mostly, I think it's because Fran, the owner, is so personable, kind and knowledgeable.

Absolutely love Ellen Hutson! Best customer service and such a variety of things in stock. I especially love the Essentials by Ellen that Julie Ebersole designs. I am also happy with Gina K for her cardstock and dies. Locally it is always Paper Garden Boutique.

I ordered Chalk Ink refills from Poly Clay Play. I was ordering them as well as the ink pads from several other vendors and got mixed up with one, thinking I had already ordered it with the matching pad, but had deleted it as I found the pad alone from another site. This left me without the refill. I wrote her a quick note and she responded that the package was already wrapped and sealed to be sent, but she opened it, inserted the extra reinker, and charged me only for the reinker and no extra postage. I figured this was really great personal customer service. So check out their site---don't be fooled by the name.
