What are your favorite flower stamps for coloring?
Do you have a tried and true oldie but goody? Are you in love with something new?
I am starting to get more into my copics, and I'm looking for a few good florals for coloring. Old stamps are A-OK, since there are so many used stamps for sale on e-bay.

My favorites are the Mondo flowers in the Essentials by Ellen line, and some floral images by Concord and 9th and WPlus9. If I want smaller images, but still big enough to color well, I have a good collection of Technique Tuesday Greenhouse Society stamps.
I also have some of the really old PSX large botanicals that are great for coloring.
While I learned a long time ago that markers of any type are not for me, I think a large open image is inherently easier to color whatever medium us chosen.
Here's a link to the index card for a retired SU set (From the Garden) that is one large magnolia flower:
The Christmas Rose and the poinsettia in the older retired SU set called Christmas Cardinal are a big smaller but fun to color. Here's the link to the index:
Power Poppy has lots of great flowers suited to alcohol markers. The online samples done with markers are gorgeous. Their stamps seem more suited to A-2 card size, which I rarely make. The larger ones I like are from Altenew (outline ones) and Impression Obsession.
Currently, my favorite floral stamps to color in are from The Stamp Market (Bloominous and Bouquet of Kindness), Altenew (Beautiful Day and Weekend Doodles), and Pinkfresh Studio ( Fancy Blooms).
I agree with Diane about the Mondo flowers by Essentials by Ellen; my very favorite is the Mondo Hydrangea. I also have some wonderful PSX florals, among them a bucket of tulips that is gorgeous. I do also have some great florals from Stampin'Up! that are great for coloring: a set called Rose Wonder comes to mind as well as the large Magnolia in their current catalog.

Thanks for bringing this up! I have been looking, too. That being said, I have a few very pretty single, outline flowers from Hero Arts, that work well with masking to build a bouquet or floral arrangement. They are lovely to color or watercolor. I also have a nice set of kind of scribbly outline flowers and leaves by fiskars (bought at Joann’s) that is also good for building a flower arrangement and coloring. I love the flexibility of that set as well.
While I don’t own any yet, but Art Gone Wild has some very neat florals by Catherine Scanlon (https://artgonewild.com/designers/ca...nt-stamps.html) that remind me of popular design in the ‘70s. I have one of her sets of snails, and they’re delightful, too.
If you like BIG, try The Colorado Craft Company & Picket Fence!
I also like Waffle Flower, they've been coming out with WONDERFUL IMAGES for coloring! The Ton also has NICE IMAGES, The Stamp Market, & even SSS! ;)
As I've been doing my usual browsing around at different stamp supply sites, I stumbled across some nice flowers at Gina K and a really nice Honey Bee stamp set called Happy Mother's Day.
I love the flowers in Stampin' Up!'s "Free As A Bird" set. I don't use my alcohol markers on giant images because I've had to buy refills for my Copics when I colored bigger images with them. I also have a beautiful Altenew set that I love to color.
I agree with up there. Power Poppy is exceptional for good colorists. (not me) You can find the old PSX sometimes on Ebay. Penny Black does nice ones-some of hers look a LOT like the old PSX ,
Peddlers Pack did a lot of full cover stamps of flowers and other things. Unfortunately they closed the store but you can buy them on etsy and other places. Peddler's pack | Etsy
Northwoods-I like them a lot for flowers you don't see everywhere. There is only so many roses/daisies/hydrangeas I want. Technique Tuesday is good for that too that Fiona mentioned.
I absolutely love Altenew's Wallpaper Art. It is a larger set of flowers with both open & solid leaves. I think it is good for embossing, watercolor, markers, pencils and just stamping. I also think it's a great beginner stamp. You can get a dramatic look without much effort using the assorted pieces and parts, and it's big enough to practice various techniques because of it's simple shapes. Their website has a lot of samples plus you get a sheet of samples with the stamp.
You can use colored pencils like alcohol markers if you have a big enough set to have three shades/tints of one color. And then finishing it off with a blender pencil to smooth all the colors together with.
Lately, I've been messing around with watercolor crayons and a water brush. You can also purchase watercolors in the tubes in three different shades/tints, starting with the lightest color and gradually making the shaded parts with the two other shades of the same color. I have water-colored the background, then went back in with the colored pencils to shade with.
