I figured it out, I don't know why I was making it so difficult. I did not find the fan club page to be that intuitive. It took me 4 times and three weeks before I figured out I did not have to start at the top of the page with that big green continue button!!!! Sheesh!!
I have been wanting to subscribe to the fan club again, I use to be a member but now they are asking me to download some app or other and I don't want to do that!!
I just want to pay my money with no added "stuff" to my computer!
Is there any other way besides just sending in a check?
Sharon, do you mean the fan club on here? I just pay and do not have an app. I pay through PayPal. Strange.
Oops..saw that you have fixed it..great. Note to self..read from end first lol.
Happy day everyone

Enjoy your crop Sharon. Well done to those who have completed the challenges. I had good intentions to craft this week but no such luck...hubby has a long list for us to go through and I’ve promised him I will do all the jobs starting Monday and only go online at brekkie and evening when I can. I don’t think craft is on the list until all the jobs are done....doh..but things could change. I will pop on now and again when I can. Hugs to you all
Cheryl, I hope to do a couple more pages before Monday..when our chores start lol

I have been organizing and packing again. The time is starting to get short so I can get back to packing things away and not miss what is in all the boxes.
Saddest thing, I hardly miss what has been packed away for 6 MONTHS!
How scary is that?? I am hoping it will be easier to purge once we get moved!!!
I think what was happening to me when I went to the page to join the fan club, I was getting distracted by the AD that was at the top of the page, thinking you had to start there to be able to join!! This site is getting too filled with blinky distracting ads. I have learned to "slide" my whole page over to the left which slides the blinky ads off the screen. Then scroll the message box clear up to the top of the screen...NO blinkies!!
I can deal with the ads if that is what is keeping the fan club fee low enough to join each year.
Sharon, enjoy your crop!
Thankfully I can scrap often at home so I don't miss all the crops I have had to cancel this year!! I have one more scheduled (paid in advance) for this year...I am hoping we will be moved which will allow the kids to be right there to stay with Dick.
That house picture I post earlier this month, is a duplex for two families with a common laundry room in the between/middle. The garage is in front between the two houses.
Hello all! The last time a created a page was 2016. I finished a layout yesterday. I am clearing out the cobwebs from my craft supplies and my photos, as well as all the ones that have collected in my head.
The way I organized my photos three years ago must have made sense at the time. But, what was I thinking?? Rather than reorganize the plan, I am working with it. The photos are from when my girls were 1 and 3 ( now they are 16 and 13). Yes, that is far behind I am. LOL!
Anywho, as you can see I have some scrappin to catch up on. But, I will set some realistic monthly goals. I am going to say 2-3 a week - 12 layouts a month.
Is that realistic?
I too am attempting to use the supplies I have hoarded for years. I still have Simply Scrappin Kits from 2011. Most of my Cardstock, Designer Series Paper, and accessories are from the 2005 Color Family.
I have photos from 2006, 2007, 2008 in photo storage boxes. My annual goal will be to finish 2006.
Cheryl thank you for inviting me. I hope I did this correctly.
Welcome, I will check your gallery soon to see if you posted the latest (2016 -2019 is a dry spell) layout.
How exciting to be starting back at scrapping.
Don't worry about being "too far behind" at least you are scrapping your kids...I have not gotten to that point.. I scrap grand kids and am all over the age spectrum..I find it sweet to scrap the kiddos when they were little...now the youngest is 15.
How great to have those paper kits in your stash....they will match the ages of your photos!! I find even the 20 year old papers can look just as fresh and new today!

Welcome to the thread! You did it just right. Looking forward to seeing your layout(s) when you get them posted. Please let me know if you can't remember how to link them here.
Welcome, cuttieputtie, I have taken super long breaks too. I just jump back in and go with what makes me happy.
We went to a family reunion 2 hours away today and decided to go see the site of one the most famous Alabama Ghosts. I just finished the page. It was so fun!!!
Now off to see what you all have been doing this week. Hugz

Welcome Cuttieputtie. I only scrap now and again after having got sidetracked with cardmaking. I’m hoping to cut down on cards and get back to scrapping. I set my goal very low and haven’t even managed that for a long time but I’m working on it. I just do what I can.
The ladies on this thread are wonderful. Very supportive, and it doesn’t matter if you scrap 50 or nothing. Just do what makes you happy. I only finished one of our boys 21st albums last year and he’s now turning 30 lol.
So glad you are joining us. Enjoy.
Happy scrapping
Jayne

This is true! And I agree, if you LOVE those papers, using 20 year old papers can look as fresh and as new as today's current papers.

WELCOME CuttiePuttie! We're glad to have you scrap with us
I say no one but you is actually going to "know" the paper is "old" ... when people look at scrapbooks they just look at the pages ....
Happy Monday.....Lela I can’t view your pages yet..one says it’s pending and the other link says unavailable...I will check later. Time to start those yucky jobs. Enjoy

I've been inspired to revive our old challenges and so today I posted one. It appears on the Home page under Monday, although the link doesn't actually go correctly, but that's a battle for another day.
I had thought I might get the last one done for the month but it was not to be...I am just too tired and hurt from sitting at the hospital all day while waiting for DH to have surgery. The surgery was fairly quick and easy just too busy at the hospital to get it done very fast.
Ready to start October.....
