HelloColorChallengeFans! It's Tuesday and time for another color challenge. #757 on the charts for us.
Before we discuss this week's colors, let's take a look at Barbara's fave from last week. She chose Whispering Pines - Kari B
Barbara said:"Kari combined dry embossing, die cutting, texture paste and painting to create a stunning holiday card with so much depth and so many textures!"
Congrats Kari! The code to add the favorite badge to your Blog is located at the bottom of the post. We will also feature your card on our Color Challenge Pinterest board. See that here.
Now onto this week's challenge where we have some great fall colors.
Are you ready for some curry and poppies in my pie?
crushed curry poppy parade pumpkin pie
You are always welcome to use the Neutral shades from Stampin'-Up in addition to the challenge colors. You can find those colors here.
Also, even though we list SU colors for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC757 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them). We want to be able to find your cards!
Mary, your color combo was a terrific challenge to combine with yesterday's CAS challenge! I used a cool yellow card with a white inner panel- with fancy corners- and added falling leaves made from a chocolate wrapper with a interesting tan and black pattern. Had a pumpkin/sheaf of wheat image from a stamping friend, and added matching curry yellow washi borders. Next was the wrapped and tied red twine border. Finished with a hand written sentiment. Here's happy fall

I've been away so am trying to catch up on some of this week's great challenges. Here's my card (but no dessert for me - I ate far too much when on vacation!):
I was curious on how to get the photo of my card back in the gallery. It says that it was removed. I’m not sure why that would be.
Thanks to whoever may be able to help me.

Hello all, Thanks for letting me play along, I was posting this today and saw my colors were 'close' to what you were doing. My colors that match this challenge are all in the FLOWER embellishments. I needed Marigolds and so I took Crushed Curry paper and started sponging on PUmpkin Pie. the colors really blended and made the most amazing shade. THANKS for letting me play along. Happy Fall and fun holidays of crafting!
Have a great day, Teresa
I'm playing my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking for this card. I've used all three colors...Crushed Curry, Poppy Parade, and Pumpkin Pie, plus Black and White neutrals.
