Hey friends, I am back for another challenge!! Thinking of the different meaning of rocks, I thought of birthstones. I also thought of this fun song originally by the Beatles. So, my challenge to you has 2 parts:
1) Make a card FEATURING the color of your birthstone. It does not have to be a birthday card (but if you are like me, you could use more of those any way)
2) Include something (embellishments, images, anything) inspired by a rock concert!
Crank up the volume and have fun! I can't wait to see what you create!

1. ALL VSN CREATIONS MUST BE UPLOADED BY 11 P. M. EST ON Monday, July 15. 2. You have 1 hour to complete the challenge, unless otherwise noted.....you do not have to count prep time! 3. We have a special gallery for the Rock Star VSN. a) From the "Main Gallery" dropdown list on the first page of the uploader, choose Events and Special Collections. b) From the Sub-gallery dropdown list, choose Virtual Stamping and Scrapbooking Nights ~ it's the last in the list. c) From the new sub-gallery dropdown list choose Rock Star- it's usually the very top of the list. 4. Please remember to put in the correct keyword when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos. 5. Please do not combine VSN challenges...but you may combine any other challenges with a VSN challenge!
It is also highly recommended that you post a link to your creation in this chat thread to be sure your layout is seen. THANKS SO MUCH FOR PLAYING ALONG!!!

I don’t remember them doing this one! Great challenge. All of the challenges have been so fun; just such a fun theme!
Here is mine Kim, Emerald Green, I really wanted to use a music mask I have of Tim Holtz but can't find it anywhere, I bet when I'm cleaning up the craft room tomorrow I will find it.

I did one card for this challenge, finished it with lots of time to spare, looked at it, and felt so pleased that I had finished all the card challenges! Until I realized I'd done the "wrong" color scheme on my "last" card! :oops: So I did it over, this time using the color of my birthstone.
