Happy July to you all, wherever you may be. Winter in the Southern hemisphere, summer for the rest of us. It's Sabrina here starting this week's Favourites Thread.
VSN is on at the moment - the theme for this event is "Rock Star", and while I'm too busy to take part, there are some great looking challenges. The upload deadline is July 15th, so check it out. It's a great way of adding to your stash or creating for a purpose - the 1-hour time limit doesn't allow for any procrastination and dithering over whether to use this or that .

About this thread: The current week's FAVOURITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, 30th June through Saturday, 6th July. Everyone is welcome to join in - check my next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.

I came back from holidays to loads of washing and a busy work week (and DH's birthday), so I only have a few cards picked out, but here they are...
You don't have to wait until you have a card listed in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be.
You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you.

That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card maker’sSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects that really stood out for you in the gallery this last week. You don't have to have them saved in your gallery Favourites in order to share them.

Still fighting with the swelling in my knee so lots of sitting with leg raised, ok for commenting or laying with leg raised, far from ok for commenting! I have managed to find some beauties again this week and I know I will have missed tons
