It's time to get out some bubbly! Not that kind of bubbly :p.....although if you want to have a Happy Hour stamping session feel free to imbibe. You know how we all like to shop online and get those lovely packages in the mail...well it's time to get those out...the packages I mean...dig out that puffy envelope cuz you're going to need it!
Challenge: Use bubble wrap to apply paint or other mediums to your project. Make it bold and dramatic or subtle and delicate. Have fun...get messy (or not).
Remember to use two or more mediums on your card. See a list of suggested materials here.
