I heard from Joanne Grzelak's (jojot) sister, Sue, that Joanne passed away unexpectedly on Saturday. She asked me to share this information with her fellow stampers. Like me, I know that many of you have been fans of her amazing creations for years.
She was a dearly loved and revered member of SCS and she will be greatly missed.
Thank you for letting us know, Lynn. I had been meaning to ask someone on the CCEE team how she was doing these days, I've thought of her a few times recently. Sad indeed.
Thanks for informing the stamping community here, Lynn. This is where I got to know Joanne and view her wonderful style in card making. Although we have never met in person, I enjoyed communicating and getting to know Joanne here on SCS. I am so sad to hear of her passing. It was an honor to be a part of CCEE stampers with her.

So very sorry to hear this news about Joanne. Thank you Lynn for posting. My condolences to her family. Always sad to hear this in the stamping community.
Oh, I am so very sad to hear the news about Joanne. She was such a dear person and wonderful crafter. I had been missing her on SCS and thought of her often and how she always loved trips to the ocean. She said the ocean was her happy place.

Joanne was always a beacon of friendship... making others in our community feel welcome and appreciated... a ray of sunshine from Splitcoast-to-coast. This is very sad news. Thank you, Lynn for letting us know.
I just took a tour through Joanne's gallery and I have several of her cards in my "favorites", most notably her ocean/beach themed creations. So sad for her family and friends...
