Hello everyone!
It's the first Monday of the month and that means Everything Old Is New Again (EOINA) and we are revisiting a previous TLC! Today's is from TLC555: Watercolor Powders!
You can head there to see the description for this challenge, as well other important info. The basis for both challenges is Dina's tutorial: WATERCOLOR POWDERS.
LOL - Well, I always look forward to Mondays TLC challenge - and while I LOVE the looks of the bg's created with Brushos & similar powders, it's the one medium I haven't invested in . . . . Perhaps this is God's way of telling me to get my butt away from the computer - and get out and walk to start my weight loss program . . . but I'll be back later today to check out what everybody created!!

I use mine regularly - in fact, I made a Brusho background for my IC card on Saturday.
I extended Dina's suggestion (step 9) of using them to colour seam binding (which I do regularly, to colouring cheesecloth, which was a new use for me. For this, to keep some separation between the colours, I sprinkled the powders on my nonstick mat, put the cheesecloth on top and then spritzed with water, and moved round very carefully so as not to mix the colours too much.
Judy, This was a fun challenge that I adapted for what I had. Here's my card.

Thank you for a fun challenge, Judy! It truly is a challenge for me to work with watercolor powders, I am often at a loss as to what to do with the backgrounds that seem too messy looking to me. Here is Sunset Sky
