Default Hot Wheels/Ink refill storage boxes found!

Hi Everyone! I found the clear plastic hot wheel/ink cartridge/ ink refill boxes today at Walmart for $4.88! They are clear plastic containers that are two sided, made by Kid Connection. They were near the seasonal clearance/toy isle at my Walmart. They are double sided and hold 24 ink bottles one each side (for a total of 48!) They also hold the ink cartridges for wheels, more than 24 on each side! I don't know if they hold the jumbo wheel cartridges, though, but I expect they do! Hope someone who needs these finds them! I love them for my ink refills and just bought one more for the ink cartridges and more refills I intend to buy over the next year. I am sorry I can't attach a picture, I don't have a digital camera yet!

Am I the only one who uses these for storing ink refill bottles? Surely not everyone here has the new color caddy yet?

I never thought about putting the refills in them. I commandeered my sons several years ago for my paper punch collection. To think he has decided he wants them back now LOL!

Terrific idea! I will have to get into a Michaels or Wal Mart this coming weekend and pick one up.

Thanks

I've been looking for a way to store my roller ink cartridges! Is this just a Hot Wheel Storage Case? Does anyone have a picture?

Thanks!

Martha

Martha,
It is just a Hot Wheels case! I like the clear plastic storage ones the best, you can see what you have in them! I have one for my craft ink refills, one for regular ink refills and just bought one more for my ink cartridges and older ink cartridge refills, too!

I just checked and JUMBO ink cartridges also fit into the slots! Yeah!

Good luck finding one near you!

Not only can you see thru them, but you can stamp ON them and pretty them up! LOL

I'm always looking for white/clear/solid surfaces for new stamping ground.

I use lipstick holders for my SU! refill bottles. The case I got came from
getorganizedco.com They use to be hard plastic (that's when I got mine. They had a lot of trouble with breakage during shipment so I believe they went to a soft sided case.) Just type in lipstick in search box and they should come up. If not pick Marykay out of the drop down list and then lipstick in the search box. You could also try to do a google search on lipstick holders or cases and see what you get. If you have a cosmetology supply store in your area, you might also check with them. Good Luck!
Thanks for the tip on the Hot Wheels cases!!

Default Hot Wheels Ink refill storage

I feel dumb, but do you mean the re-inker bottles, the wheels or the cartridges that go in the wheels?

Stampinbird,
The reinker bottles and the cartridges themselves (both regular and jumbo!) fit into the slots that are meant for Hot Wheels! The wheels themselves DO NOT fit in the cases! There are NO dumb questions on Splitcoaststampers! HTH (Hope this helps!)
