Could you create waves on the LO or if you like texture, use paste to create a sandy beach....or maybe watercolour a BG and add sunshine and bright colours as a contrast. Would that work. I’m thinking out loud and think better when seeing a photo. Good luck with it. Come join us on the scrapbooking thread. We have some March madness.

Perhaps you could do an Internet search for sea and beach images that you could print and color, or print in color and add artistic details such as sponging on of ink, distressing, sprinkling of glitter, etc.
I made an embellishment for a similar page once by creating a frame from canvas paper and filling it with beads, glitter, tiny buttons, etc.
Another idea is to use words. Stamp a background with sea-themed words, or handletter/stamp/print a sea-themed poem or quote.
Hello! Not sure if you are able to view on Pinterest, but you could search there for ideas. If you'd like to do a search here on SCS, go to the home page, click on the "New Additions to the Gallery" link, then do a search on the left side bar. Type in your search words there, for example, scrapbook (comma or space in between) and ocean or sea. Here are a couple of layouts I did for cruise vacations: Cruisin' the Caribbean Alabama Shores
I would start with the photos, then decide what size of layout, then look for things to piece together. On the first layout I linked, it was just three pieces of torn and sponged cardstock with a bit of stamping....easy! Good luck!!
Maybe.......torn sand paper for a beach area, seagulls, some netting or string for fish net, stamp or cut out boat, starfish sand dollar shapes, sponged sun, puffy white clouds, twigs for washed up driftwood, bits of worn sea glass, cutout of a lighthouse on a small distant island???
