CNY Stampers Get Together Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Christ Church Binghamton NY
Please join us at our next Central New York Stampin' GetTogether. It’s a full day of stamping fun!
Cost - $25.00 per person Registrations must be paid no later than 5 pm Jan 31. Mail registration form and payment to me (info is in the registration form). There are no refunds, but you may offer your spot to someone else.
There is a lot of info to digest but reading through it should help answer many questions. If any clarification is needed, just ask.This thread is our main way to communicate with you and we are here to help! It’s best to subscribe to this thread so that you see the updates. You will find final counts and other important info here on page 1 once the event is closed.
Mandatory Table Project (aka “shoebox”) - We generally have about 12 to 15 participants, so we will plan to do everyone's project. Please bring the appropriate amount of kits (to be determined once registrations are finalized) with all paper, ink, stamps and tools required. I will furnish a Big Shot. A gentle reminder: Please leave some work for us to do. At recent swaps there have been some projects with everything already stamped. WE WANT to create so leave some stamping for us. ALSO it is a copyright infringement to photocopy protected artwork, so please DO NOT photocopy images to be used.
When our final count is in, you will know how many kits will be needed. You will also need 2 completed samples. One is used for the sample board and one will be an example at the table.Extra parts to fix any "oops" should also be provided.
Please prepare 17 kits

Food - Please indicate on the registration form the specific food item you will bring to share. The main dish lunch items and breakfast casseroles are always the hardest to fill so please consider one of those if you haven’t before.Please don’t just say “food” or “whatever you need”.Ideas: breakfast items, lunch items, including salads, desserts and snacks. We love to try your homemade food specialties! Bottled water and a meat platter will be provided. BYO soda if you want it. I will also make a breakfast casserole
Garage Sale -Bring your stamps and stamping supplies to sell or trade. Current Stampin’ Up! items must be offered for trade only; you can sell retired items. Sorry but we can’t be responsible for missing items so bring things at your own risk.
Goodie Bags - for everyone! Goodie bags will all have the same value but may have some variation in colors, etc. You know it will be great.
Other - Please bring your own labeled items for your personal stamping needs, including your favorite adhesive. These are the items you just can’t stamp without, like: bone folder, paper cutter/scorer, scissors, straight edge, stamp cleaner and whatever else you can't stamp without! Did I say adhesive?????Adhesive! You will likely need lots of it.

If we don't become snowbirds, I will do NVR and ATCoins and bring fruit. Still too early to tell if winter will make us head south. I would be snorkeling in Bonaire by now but hubby can't get rid of the cold he got the day after we returned from AZ so he's not in the traveling mood.

Heidi-the trip is w/my 2 NY sisters.we are going to see our oldest sister.tammy is having chemo therapy. we are spending a week at an airBnB,near Gainesville.hoping our baby sister can join us for a few days.she lives in raleigh,nc
It will be nice to get together, although for an unhappy reason. I'm glad to hear you can support your sister. Hugs to your sis!
My mom is trying to get all 5 of us sisters together in Feb as well... not easy to do.

all all surprised her.well,7 out of 8.
