Thanks. From what I can remember, I believe the lady who sold them, actually made them. So I'm assuming the print/cut from a machine. Wouldn't that use a ton of ink though?

Lots of scrapbooking companies make shaped images like this or you can use a Silhouette or Cricut with a printer at home for print and cut (which is really easy to make once you buy the image).
