Carlene here to introduce this week’s Favorites (Sunday, December 16 through Saturday, December 22).
We are now only three days away from Christmas Day, and two weeks away from the BEST OF 2018. I hope you are making your Favorites list to join in the fun of celebrating those cards that you've found extra special…your BESTs OF 2018. This event runs from January 5 through January 11, 2019!
Unfortunately, the SCS website is still experiencing the broken AUTO FORMATTING of HYPERLINKS and the multiplying “LIKES.” The Favorites Team would surely appreciate you reading the paragraph below to make it possible for us to actually notify your favorites that you list this week.
A MUST READ TO ALL - THE AUTO FORMATING IS STILL BROKEN! PLEASE BE SURE TO MANUALLY TYPE THE USERNAME AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR LINK. IT IS ACTUALLY ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS. If you post your Favorites list in the usual way, we'll be unable to tell who to notify, unless each of us opens every single link . This would multiple our time to notify by SIX!!
ALSO, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE,DO NOT CLICK THE "LIKE" BUTTON FOR ANY POST AS IT PRODUCES “LIKES” LIKE LITTLE BUNNIES MULTIPLYING IN ABUNDANCE, PLUS YOUR NAME WILL BE POSTED THEREAFTER IN EVERY POST EVEN IF YOU DIDN’T “LIKE” IT!! THUS, THE THREAD WILL BECOME INUNDATED WITH LONG LISTS OF "LIKES".

This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, December 16 through to Saturday, December 22. Everyone is welcome to join in; you do not need to wait for your card(s) to be favorited. Check the next post for instructions on how to post your Favorites list.

Unfortunately, for the past several weeks, my time has not been my own; therefore, I have had almost no time online and my Christmas cards are still not finished…how many days until Christmas?!! Here are the few I've seen to favorite so far. I will try to get back with a longer list, but it may not happen until after Christmas now!
The auto-formatting of hyperlinks is currently not working. If you post your Favorite cards here in the usual way, we'll be unable to tell who to notify, unless we open every single link .
Please help us by typing the card maker's SCS user name in front of each card you list. EVERYONE is invited to join in!
You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you. Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week.

That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card maker’sSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.

Thanks for starting us off Miss Carlene. It is a glorious summer day here 25C/77F, not a breath of wind. Christmas Day looks like being 30C/86F. Where ever you are in Splitcoaststamperville, I hope you and yours have a lovely Christmas.
Congratulations to our two new Dirty Dozen girls, Diane aka DCinkit and Lisa Foster. I've included some of the fabulous DD team creations in my list this week, hence the dates appear out of whack.
Thank you dear Susie for faving my teaparty card this week, you have brightened my Sunday afternoon! Sunny day here, too, cooler temperature though but just perfect for our street Christmas party in a few hours time. Thank you too, Carla, for notifying me!

Here are mine - still a busy week but it's holiday time for the next week! Due to the linking issues I'm including my CAS cards here rather than mess around with two different posts...sorry about that.
Dipped in and out the gallery this week as time allowed and here is my list. Unlike Susie it is wet here today but I think for once Christmas day will be dry. Have a wonderful Christmas everyone and don't forget to get your best of 2018 lists prepared.
