Just want to give a shout out for Scrapbook.com. Their service is excellent and shipping very fast. They recently shipped me a box with several items and I could tell when I picked it up that something was loose inside. It turned out to be a package of sequins had broken open and all spilled out. I contacted them to see if they had more of that color. They were out and immediately credited me for that packet Plus 10% !!
They are always fast to respond to emails and were even able to identify a stamp/die set when all I could describe was dripping icing on the dies! Out of their 'million' products! wow!
I’m another scrapbook.com fan. They carry a huge selection of products, prices are good, shipping and delivery is fast, and their customer service is excellent
Resurrecting this old thread because I just ordered from Scrapbook.com for the first time. I clicked on a link from Retail Me Not that said I would get 10% off my first order...blah blah blah but the coupon never came up. I put in my order anyway because the set I was buying had a limited quantity left. I emailed them with a screen shot of the page with the coupon and. Well, AND. First I got my "thank you" email, then one showing me super pretty cards made with the stamps I ordered to inspire me...then an email with tracking (within less than 24 hours) and THEN an email from PayPal that they had refunded me that 10% !! I have never ever had such a great experience ordering stamps!! They have a customer for life, that's for sure!! Had to come here and give them some love.

I love hearing stories like these, about companies that offer great products with excellent customer service, so thank you to those who share them. My husband and I choose where we shop based on product quality and customer service, so I am always thrilled to hear of a company that does those two things right. I have never ordered from scrapbook.com but I am very interested now!
I'm a huge fan! I ordered a Vagabond 2 from them a while back. They had it on sale a couple of days later for $30-$40 less. I took a chance and called to see if they would offer a refund for the difference. They immediately said yes. And received a customer for life!
