Favorites for the week ending Saturday November 24th 2018
Janine here this week starting us off at the end of a week for giving thanks. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving in the UK but we still have much to be thankful for. This week I am grateful for volunteers - many of them in their 70s and 80s who have been collecting shoeboxes from schools, churches and shops and then checking and processing them ready for export.
I am also thrilled to work with a team of volunteers here who bring you the happy mail each week.
The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, November 18 through Saturday, November 24. Everyone is welcome to join in -- check my next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.

You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you.
Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
- That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site or prepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
- The card maker’s SCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
- It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
- And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.

I am home today, can you tell? I posted a list AND I am getting to my thanks quicker than normal. We just couldn't get moving in time for church today. Too little sleep and Seth stayed home a little extra so I made him pumpkin bread for breakfast and now I am cooking lasagne before he heads back to his place!
