A few weeks ago my husband and I decided to take a little trip and visit the small town where much of The Walking Dead series has been filmed. It's a sweet little town with some fun shops and of course The Walking Dead museum store. One of the boutiques we browsed in had the coolest ornaments. For this week's Inspiration Challenge I went searching for an online store that carried the ornaments and foundFair Indigo. I encourage you to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "About Us" to read their story. They promote sustainable, organic and fairly made products. I am linking directly to the ornaments but feel free to look around and use anything on the site to inspire your creativity!
If you don't care to browse the entire site or you are unable to connect to the site, I have included photos at the end of this post which you can use as inspiration for your project. Click on the images below to see them bigger and to get their links on SCS.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.

NEED HELP GETTING A LINK TO YOUR INSPIRATION PICTURE?
If you are unable to grab the link of your chosen picture, (on some sites, you can't, it only gives a link to the whole collection), hover over the picture in the collection that you want to link to. On a windows machine, right-click the picture (on a Mac, 2 finger click). When the options come up, select COPY IMAGE ADDRESS. This link will be for that picture. really a fun site. i want to look into their clothing for sizes.I thought so many of the ornaments looked pounded out from the back side. It's one of my favorite things to do to turn an image over and use a stylus to create fullness on the image on the front side and curve the edges to the back. I liked how the artist uses a lot of swirls on his creations and I wanted to add some of those in too. . Here's My Creation

What a wonderful site, Angie...loved the metallic ornaments...but I had autumn still stuck in my head. I found wonderful color inspiration from thisArtesia Intarsia Alpaca Blend Fair Trade Cardigan.
