Hi everyone and welcome to the Favorites Forum! Carlene here (Chatterbox-1) starting the Favorites Thread this weekend!
Our rainy fall weather has finally caught up with us for the past three days with no break expected in the next four, but we really can’t complain here in the Pacific Northwest. . .it has been a lovely, sunshiny fall until late this week!
I didn’t get much time in my craft room or in the SCS gallery this past week, but from what I did get to see, there is an amazing amount of beautiful art to view from so many talented fellow SCSers! I hope you all got to spend more time at your craft table and the gallery than I did and that you found much to share!
About this thread: A FAVORITES thread is initiated each week as a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS gallery during the previous week. This is the place to link all the marvelous favorites you discovered between Sunday, October 21 and Saturday, October 27, 2018.
Everyone is welcome to join in; check my next post for directions. Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week Thread in the Favorites Forum.
Our Favorites Team is on board this week-end and ready to deliver your happy mail. They are Carlene (Chatterbox-1), Carla (Covington Crafter), Janine (Jay_Bee), Nancy (nwilliams6), Susie (susie australia), Shirley (wannabcre8tive), and Angie (ohmypaper!) on LATES. We hope our two team members, Sabrina (Cook22) and Kia (kiagc), enjoy their scheduled week-end OFF with some possible crafting and/or other fun activities.

You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you. Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card maker'sSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the "Quote" button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the "Quote" button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week. Thank you for starting us off Carlene. Here are some of the gems I found when on my desktop 'puter during the week. My list would have been twice as long if the "heart" button on mobile devices was working. Great news though, a lot of faults have been repaired in the past 24 hours. The Full Site View is back as an option on mobile devices...just scroll to the very bottom...click and smile!!
As always, thanks not just to the notifying team who give the gift of time each weekend, but to each person who contributes and gives life and heart to this thread.
What a lovely way to end my weekend. Thank you Carloyn for including my Girl's Best Friend card on your terrific list and to Sue and Janine for spoiling me and including both my cards on your great lists.
