MIX298 - Debossed Focus
Welcome to another MIX challenge!
The only rules are that you use 2+ mediums - that makes it mixed media!
Today I'm going to challenge to use DEbossing as the focus of your project.
I have an example where I used my Gel Press and an embossed piece of cardstock, but you don't have to use a gel press - just focus on that DEBOSS and use 2+ mediums. I can't wait to see what you do!
VIDEO
HERE is the gallery for this challenge.

Thanks for the early post, love having some thinking time at work and then being able to start in when I get home. If it were still summer I even get tempted upstairs before work...but probably not on this wild, dark morning.

Wrong link?
The posted link takes me two cards that feature the moon, not cards that feature debossing?

Here's what I ended up with. I promise that debossing was the start of the process...

oOOH that ink looks way cool, and I call that piece the "drop" piece
( what you are pulling first haha)
so, this would work with anything acrylic-y based then right?
( will try this weekend I hope)

MIX298 Haunted Graveyard
Back from a 2 week vacation and so happy to be back in the gallery and play with a new technique. Thanks so much, Lydia.

Thank you Lydia for this fun technique. Of course I have more than one background, so can make future cards with them, too. Oh, and a couple of "garbage" prints, too! LOL
Here is

Absolutely!
I got to meet the ink's inventor a few weeks ago at the Artisan Expo. She is a LOVELY human being.

MMTPT536 A Lacy Cup Of Tea
I tried the technique again for Teapot Tuesday's Lace challenge and I used Distress Oxide Inks. This was very fun and I love the 2 for 1 bonus.
