WELCOME TO TEAPOT TUESDAYCHALLENGE #MMTPT532<o:p A Friend in Need<o:p
</o</o
Hello! I am so happy you are here in the Teapot Tuesday challenge!<o:p
Anyone is welcome to play - the more, the merrier! You automatically become aTEApotter the first time you play in our challenge. Where will you find inspiration? Will it be from the teapot? The destination location? Something of the recipient? Or could it be from the challenge itself? Remember, you rparticipation in Destination Station is 100% voluntary and not a requirement.Just have fun!
CHALLENGE:
I used Google to find out what flowers and colors are associated with friendship. Although there is no official friendship flower, yellow roses are widely associated with friendship. And I also found out that red, orange, and yellow are friendship colors. So my challenge is to use red, orange, and/or yellow on your card this week. You are not restricted to only red, orange, and yellow. You can use any other colors you like. Lets fill the gallery with bright, friendly cards! If you want to use yellow roses, you can do that too.
DESTINATION STATION: This weeks destination station is sort of a unique request. It was brought to our attention by Rita aka Stamping Servant here on SCS. A post in theRequest a Card thread caught Ritas eye who thought the Teapotters might be able to help. You see, Anita (SCS Inkingchic) makes cards for cancer patients and others going through chemo treatments; however, Anita is a cancer patient herself and has found herself falling behind with her goal due to the side effects of her own treatment so she was asking if other card makers could step in and help. There are eight women in the chemo group and Anita primarily makes Thank You and Birthday cards for them to have on hand because sometimes its hard for them to get out to pick things up. And, if youve got an extra card, consider sending one to Anita to brighten her day too. You can read more of Anitas request here: https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/f...s-t626046.html<o:p>

Good morning everybody,Thank you so much Pat for this challenge, I love these colors!! I made some cards to help Anita and I enclosed one from my stash for Anita herself, here is a picture from all 6 together
in France it's 1 stamp for 20 gr and 2 stamps for 100 gr so I counted to see how many I could put in an envelope to get to 100 gr 6 + the extra for Anita
I kept the cards as light as possible
Here is my card for Anita. I am also going to go through my stash and pull out cards as I have been making doubles here recently so I have plenty to share.
I made three cards using Pat's suggested colours - a birthday, a thank-you and a general one.
I believe envelopes weren't necessary as Anita has plenty, but since my cards are European size, I'll include envelopes to match.
I made a couple cards with my favorite die from Our Daily Bread Designs: the Center Step A2 Card. Thanks for the lovely MMTPT532 challenge Pat. I will be sending these cards to cheer Anita, along with some additional cards for her chemo group! Hugs and prayers Anita.
Here is my yellow rose for a friend. So nice of Anita to keep this up even when struggling herself. So glad to help.

My card to send to Anita ... and I will go through my stash to see if I can add in a couple of Thank You cards as well. I got the red and the yellow, but alas no orange. :-)
Thank you, Teapotters, for taking on this challenge to fulfill Anita's request for cards for her chemo group she provides cards for! I know she will be blessed and delightfully overwhelmed by all the beautiful cards!

I'm having issues with my computer at home again...was without Internet for almost 3 weeks and now my e-mail is screwed up (again). Anyway, I've got a card off to Anita as well as 8 others (4 Birthday & 4 Thinking of You) for her to use. Totally forgot about the yellow roses part but it was my pleasure to help her out!
I have been very busy lately and have not been able to participate in the Teapot challenges. So, I will send Anita a card from my stash. I imagine that I have several cards that I can send to her for her mission.
I made this card for Anita to share, and will send a few more from my stash of RAK cards. I don't have yellow roses, but found an image with yellow, red and orange!
Playing challenge catch up...this one went to my daughter for her birthday. I created a card using one of the friendship colors: red. Here is my card: Birthday Blooms to Cheer You!
