Agree you don’t even have to go through your demo. I’ve had SU items arrive damaged bc they weren’t packaged well, and just emailed SU. They replaced them. Actually, once they replaced the wrong item in the order, so replaced the right one afterwards, and didn’t have me mail back the wrong one, though I offered.

I don’t have many SU items, but appreciated the CS response. And my demo would have handled it for me or stepped in if SU hadn’th helped. Neither of us are impressed with their packing, however. A punch came in a plastic bag, nothing to protect it. It was damaged. And twice CS corners were badly bent, also because of nothing to secure or cushion the packs.
