Nice paper tabbed filed links above.
I bought one 10 years ago, it’s a rolling file cabinet it is very sturdy on the side plus I have a shelf on the base, we did not install the base shelf. I took a legal size file folders cut them and extended them with manila file folders using packing tape. So the file folders hang lower than what that base shelf would’ve been.
It also has A bottom shelf which I was able to store extra 8.5 by 11 card stock.
The bottom shelf also kept everything sturdy, that way I was able to remove the base shelf inside the cabinet part, It also has hinged lids that close on top but does not lock
I am not home otherwise would take you a picture.
If you search rolling file cabinet or mobile File cabinet you could maybe find something similar to this

I originally used it for 8 1/2 x 11 and 12 x 12 paper, however it eventually converted to just 8.5 by 11 paper, I definitely do like the legal size hanging file folder so watch for that, I probably paid around $200 for it
All that being said, with me accumulating so much stuff I am finding that the file folders take a lot of space especially when you have one folder for each color. So now I am at the point where I think I will start combining colours into a folder.
My 12 x 12 paper now sits in a cropper hopper approximately 3 inch wide containers

They are on the shelf inside an old tv stand
My designer paper is just inside a Rubbermaid type tub that would handle 12 inch paper I am currently also putting it into a record vinyl sleeve such as

I have always liked the hanging file holder system, as in upright filing but it sure does take a lot of extra space
