I did mention that each hostess was offering a small prize for her favorite card from last week. So without further ado let's see who the faves were.
Mary's colors were sweet sugarplum, mint macaron, choc chip
dessert: something new - This whimsical little cutie from
Anne aka jdmommy caught my eye.
Mary said: "This little bear is cute as cute can be and the plaid background is so perfectly done".
Jeanne chose to create a card using my colors. She really liked this card from
Jenn aka Jennifrann.
Jeanne said: "Jennifer's adorable bear and the beautiful background showed off the colors beautifully"
Barbara's colors were berry burst, so saffron, pear pizzazz
dessert: flowers - She really liked this card from
Daisydoodlepaper.
Barbara said: "There is so much going on with this card, I don't know where to start! I love the two-tone embossed layer, the twine, the paper clip, the curly vines, the dimensional greeting, and that adorable little flower button. They all go together to make a great card"!
Karen's colors were: blushing bride, prink pirouette, old olive
dessert: hope or Spring - This bit of loveliness entitled
Here For You from
Sister Sandie was her fave.
Karen said: “The black and white stripes accented with those lovely dimensional posies - oh my! As usual Sandies’s card sings to me!!”
Pam's colors were cherry cobbler, crumb cake, marina mist
dessert: beach - This work of art from
Angie aka AngellaDCrockett was the team fave.
The team said: This card is all about serenity from the beautiful sky, to the tranquil waves and the ship image. We think it is a fantastic representation of the beach.
Stef's colors were: cajun craze, crushed curry, fresh fig
dessert: metallic She chose this beautiful creation
Sunset Sail by
Paulette aka parknslide
Stef said: "I love the graphic metallic gold die cut design of the sailboat on the water and the fabulous inlay of card stock in the challenge colors to create this gorgeous scene. Beautifully done Paulette"!
There were 13 stampers who made cards for all 5 challenges. They were all such beautiful creations, and you made it hard for us to pick a winner. The
grand prize of the
Mini-MISTI so graciously
donated by MySweetPetunia is being awarded to
Roberta aka stampin'nana.
A big congrats to everyone and a big thanks to all who joined in with us to celebrate #700.
Winners: I will be in touch by way of PM to collect your addresses to get your prizes mailed out to you.
Looking forward to seeing all of you in the weekly color challenge.
