Another thread here had me thinking about Stampin' Up, and I began to wonder. Who are the SU demo rock stars these days? I know Mary Fish is still a big deal, right? I really love her clean, modern style. Some of my crafty friends tell me about Frenchie and her video tutorials. Are there other SU people out there that I need to check out?
My upline, Lyssa Zwolanek, has a clean and neat style that is very duplicatable. She has several fun blog events a year, too (In August she has a blog series on scrapbooking, and then at Halloween and Valentine's Day she and a friend have a blog series of fun and creative projects). Lyssa is at Song of My Heart Stampers
Patty Bennett is another demo I like. She has FB Lives and video tutorials and explains things slowly and clearly. She seems like such a nice woman!
Erica Cerwin has a very colorful style and designs a lot of treat holder projects.
I remember Lyssa! She was GWTWJunkie here on SCS a long time ago. She was a demo back when I was, too...that means shes being doing it for a LONG time!
Thanks for all the recommendations! I will have fun checking them out!
God demonstrated His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us ... being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 5:8 & 9
I think Pootles (Sam) in the UK is still terrific, especially if you're into boxes and other 3D items, but she does plenty of cards too. I don't have a whole lot of SU in my stash, but have made things from her instructions too many times to count.
Don't forget Frenchie (France Martin), Connie Stewart, Brenda Quintana (QBee), and Crafty Caroline and PositivelyPapercraft (Ann Melvi ). I love Pootles too!
Michelle Zindorf is one of the SU demos that I follow. Her creations are absolutely stunning. She has a gallery here on SCS in addition to her Freedom in Creating blog.
I don't know about "rock stars" because I don't spend much time online outside SCS, but I always like Lisa Curcio's work when I see it here: Home - Lisa's Stamp Studio
Kelly Atcheson here in WI has gradually been building her business. She has been able to go Demo full time. Fun person. She has FB Live event Sunday nights. Great Stamp Camps or Card Buffets as she calls them. A Stamp Above
Another great demo, both on her blog and here on SCS, is Dawn Olchefske. She's dostamping in the gallery.
Yes! The women I stamp with for fun each month love simple cards and Dawn Olchefske is very talented at making pretty but simple cards. Every time I case one of her designs, it is always a favorite with the women (I tell them where the design came from and no money is involved in our stamp time; it is just for fun).
One of my favorites is Dena Rekow. She does videos at The Creativity Cave. I like her creative ideas, but mostly, I like her spirit. She's always fun and upbeat, and maybe a little quirky. ;)

My favorites are Kelly Atcheson and Dena Rekow. They are always so entertaining and you feel like you are right there in their studio when they share their videos. They have wonderful ideas that are not too way out and something I can relate to in my stamping.
I don't make a lot of treat holders, but I recently discovered Julie DiMatteo's YouTube channel. She has tutorials for lots of 3-D projects and makes them so easy to understand. She makes me want to make more 3-D projects:
Connie Stewart is great. She has several Flash Cards and Flash Cards 2.0 videos that are fabulous for making sets of cards which I often do for gifts or even my own stash.
I have to say that I follow almost all of the demos mentioned above, and they are all terrific! Another favorite of mine is Brian King @ stampwithbrian.com
I follow all these demos but Mary Deatherage and Amy Koenders are my uplines...so proud to be on their teams. Mary just made the $100K mark in sales. I almost joined Tami White and Linda Cullen's teams but Mary and Amy won out!
I subscribe to blogs that offer a fair balance between project inspiration and selling. I like blogs that have vivid photos and clear instructions. There are so many talented and generous demonstrators out there - but some of my favorites are: Mary Fish www.stampinpretty.com. ; Deb Valder stampladee.com. ; Jennifer McGuire Hi There - Jennifer McGuire Ink. ; Patty Bennett pattystamps.com. ; Debbie Henderson. debbiesdesignsblog.com and of course Brian King at Stamp with Brian
Jennifer McGuire is not a SU demo. I cant remember the last time she featured SU products. She is amazing though and definitely one to follow, just not if you're looking for SU.

Neither is Deb Valder. She switched to Fun Stampers Journey. But she has good videos too.
WOW - thank you so much for putting my name in this category! I am truly honored! Kelly Acheson www.AStampAbove.com

I was about to suggest Kelly LOL I will be joining her *team* as a discount shopper only soon!
While stuck at home I am enjoying hearing about her life and the lives of other people on her team! It is more *friends* than business partners the way it feels and she shares her whole life LOL Many people only like to watch cards, no chit chat, but for those who want to friendship relationship it would be difficult to beat Kelly!

WowNoLa, Susan Lavasser (hope I spelled it correctly), makes some beautiful cards as does JanB from the UK. I check them out on YouTube.
Jan is very meticulous and I’ve learned a number of ways to create cleaner looking cards. She doesn’t tout that, just by watching her I’ve learned little things that have helped me make better looking cards.
