WT701 - Leave A Little Sparkle - (08/16/18)

Hello and Happy Thursday, Friends!

It's time for me to hostess another challenge. That's right! We are going to leave a little sparkle wherever we go. Today's challenge is about finding ways to use glitter. Use the loose glitter, glitter card stock, glitter stickers, glitter ribbon or Stickles. If it has glitter on it, it's good!

A big thank you to Sabrina, Lisa and Carla for helping me out this week with some fabulous projects. Remember to use the keyword,WT701, when uploading your project so that we can all see your creations. It helps if you link it up back here too. One note of caution, you will find this stuff everywhere! Within a couple of hours of making my card, it was on my face, the stairs and the bath mat in the master bathroom. If you have an aversion to that, I recommend Stickles or glitter glue.

Need help linking your project? Follow these instructions!

1. Open 2 windows: One window for your project and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your project window. Highlight the address for your project. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

Toni- great challenge, thanks! I went with a vintage style Christmas card with metallic accents- my scalloped double layer border with brads- and a few other embellishments including fir branches with holly berries, and a ribbon/shamrock/clothespin combo. Colored this over a few days during tv shows to get all the flourishes in the sentiment block right Here's Christmas Greetings

On my card Pssst...Missed It!, my gumdrops have gold iridescent glitter on their highlighted areas, and the little red heart on the tag is red satin glimmer paper. Unfortunately, the picture does not show the glitter and sheen well.
