I am enjoying the SUMMER so much!! I'm loving the warm weather, the bright summer colors, fresh fruits & veggies, etc. I'm already seeing back to school supplies over taking the aisles & I know we are going to blink my favorite season is going to be over. My challenge for you this week is to create something tropical... it can be a drink, a background, tropical colors, etc.

Awesome challenge! I don't have much that is tropical, but I do have the Botanical Blooms and Botanical Builder. This was a quick and easy card!

I love this theme. I got married in Hawaii. My house has multiple rooms decorated with Hawaii theme related colors and decorations. I bought this new SU! Tropical Chic suite and I CAN NOT STOP playing with it.

For a change I had no DR. appts on my day off so got to play in a CAS challenge.

For today's tropical challenge, went with a kangaroo in the grass, adding some accents with my orange "flowers" between my grass blades. Also added a thin "watercolor" border, taken from a tea carton. Put some simple enamel dots, and drew in my heart. background is done with my misti, spritzes of water and cling wrap. Here's grassland kanga.
