Its my turn to host the Free 4 All Friday Challenge this week.
F4A437 Really Clingy Ourchallenge this week is howdyheidi's Cling Wrap Stampingtechnique.
It involves cling wrap andSilhouette stamps and is super fun and easy. Ink up your stamp really well, take a piece of cling wrap smooch it up a little to create wrinkles. Tryto keep it overall flat, lay it over your inked stamp and pat lightly, takecling wrap off and stamp immediately. It gives a unique pattern. Heres Heidi's youtube video: :p:p ***Or if you dont have a Silhouette stamp, you could use the plastic wrap to make a background. This one is extra special for th 4th of July and my grandpas 90th birthday. I also tried something different and did the technique on a background stamp. I liked how it turned out.
I can't remember the last time I was able to make enough time to participate here - but I've been making some cling-wrap backgrounds for my spare background box while the heat in my attic dries them quickly , and since I was going with stars for Janelle's MIX challenge, I thought I'd sneak one of my cling-wrap backgrounds in along with the stars.
for today's challenge, masked the center of the card, then I went with a tree ring background stamp, using cling wrap and doing some free hand drawing. Added dry embossed and colored hearts, popped out with dimensionals. Here's wooden house

I wanted to try the stamping, but so far I haven't found a single stamp in my collection that would work well. I may end up doing the background instead.
