Hello everyone. It is time to share what you have in your favourite gallery. I hope everyone had the chance to get some crafting done and some time spent gazing in the galleries.
Living across the river from Detroit, every year we celebrate along with Detroit, each of our countries birthday's by having a firework display. It was held Monday past, and as always, it was awesome. Our countries have done this since 1959, and I remember going when I was a young one. This picture is taken from the Windsor downtown looking across to Detroit downtown.
About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, June 24th through Saturday, June 30th. Everyone is welcome to join in -- check the next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.
Our team this week will be Janine (Jay_Bee), Sabrina (Cook22), Nancy (nwilliams6), Carlene (Chatterbox-1), Kia (kiagc), Shirley (wannabcre8tive), and Angie (ohmypaper!).
You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you. Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directlyinto the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card makersSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the Quote button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the Quote button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week.

Oh, sweet!!! Heartfelt thank you to Nancy & to Polly for favoriting the Bob Ross card this week! It feels like a warm, squishy hug to be fav'd -- thank you!!!
Many thanks to Nancy again Muah! for notifying me with the happy mail, and to Kia for starting off this week's favs!!! Mahalo and aloha ♥ Rosy ♥
Thanks so much for the mention, Nancy. I was really on the fence about that card, as flowers are not really in my comfort zone, so I appreciate the kind comments and the vote of confidence.
Thanks Kia for getting us going and for sharing the fireworks photo. Big thanks to everyone who helps with this thread and takes part regularly - so good to celebrate all the art work shared. I do find it odd how my choices vary across the letter groups from week to week.
Happy Canada Day and Happy 4th July later this week.
Thank you Kia for starting the thread. Thank you to the wonderful volunteers sending the happy mail. We all really appreciate you volunteering your time to notify.

Good morning, and thanks to Rosy (KonaRose) for including my So PLAID To See You card in your Favorites this week (and thanks to everyone who played along!). Nancy, thanks to you for the nice Sunday news!
