Today we are going to visit Lang by Calendars. Since the day I scheduled this site for our inspiration they have had a makeover. I am a fan of lots of white space and large photos on websites but sadly the makeover went in the opposite direction, however, there are still plenty of items to inspire us! Just click a thumbnail and the view will enlarge. I can't wait to see what you create!!!
How to Play ~ Click the link to the site we have chosen for this week's inspiration. Take inspiration from a photo that grabs your eye, it could be the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own.
Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong'
and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
For those that don't enjoy browsing through a large site, I have uploaded several of my favorite photos for your inspiration. Click on the images below to see them larger and to get their links on SCS.
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining us on this inspiration journey.

On a windows machine, right click the picture (on a Mac, 2 finger click). When the options come up, select COPY IMAGE ADDRESS. This link will be for that picture.

So wishing that I had time to play today!! I am never without 2 or 3 Lang calendars in my house every year. When the year is over, I turn the pages into beautiful envelopes for my larger cards!!
So busy ... community garage sale today, but I have my inspiration picked out!! I hope to do it tonight, tomorrow for sure.
Great inspiration site Angie. I see what you mean about the site change.

I LOVE Lang calendars, Angie! I was going to clean up the stamp room this weekend, but you may have just twisted my arm to put it off a little longer to make time to play.

I just love the blue waters of the ocean, so I was inspired the the Beaches Wall Calendar. I used a reverse cut stencil with gold and turquoise patterned paper behind the letters, adding 2 washi tape borders for my embellishments. Stamped, then colored and used a sponge to spread my berry pink over my little bunny. My background is watercolor powders misted, then smooched with cling wrap, then dried with a heat gun. Here's pink bunny thanks
