About this thread: the current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, from Sunday 6th of May to Saturday 12th of May. Everyone is welcome to join in - check the next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.
Our dedicated team members doing the notifying this week are Brenda (tessaduck), Shirley (wannabecre8tive), Janine (Jay_Bee), Nancy (nwilliams6), Carla (Covington Crafter) and myself, with Angie faithfully picking up later posts.
What did you add to your Favorites last week?
Share your links and share the happiness. I love seeing some of the cards I would otherwise have missed.
We really appreciate those of you who have having issues posting and still persist through the frustration. You help make SCS special.
You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be.You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you. Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card makersSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the Quote button to the side of the postwhen you post a thank you!! Replying with the Quote button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week. Thank you for starting the thread, Sabrina!
Thank you to the ladies who volunteer their time and energy to notify the favorite cards each week. I'm still learning how to do this, so please forgive me about not putting the CAS favs in the right place (yet) but I'll remember from now out
I've started several Favorites lists over the past several weeks, trying to get into the swing of things after being AWOL with my knee surgery, but my stamina just seems to get the better of me, so with Mother's Day tomorrow, I am determined to put my list in tonight before bed, so that it actually get there...LOL! I also determinedly spent time in the gallery trying to catch up on commenting...so many lovely cards that I've missed! I finally determined there is no way to catch up...so, I said to self..."stick to this week," and here it is:
This past week has flown by and I had very little time in the gallery or to create anything until yesterday. With a niece and pooch needing TLC on top of a normal week it has been crazy. Sorry if I missed your beautiful creation.
Thank you, Angie and Dagmar(x2), for including my cards on your lists. I truly appreciate it. Thank you, Janine, for giving of your time to let me know. Happy Mother's Day. Hugs, Sallie
Thank you Sabrina for starting the thread. Thank you to all the wonderful team doing the notifications this week. We really appreciate you volunteering your time.
Thank you Carlene for adding my card to your favorites I really appreciate you adding my card to your favorites.
My list is a bit short this week as I had to travel for work and did not get much time to peek in the gallery.
Thanks so much to Sabrina, Carlene, Janine and Lisa for adding my Shabby Chic card to your favorites. It means a lot to me.
Thanks, Shirley for taking the time to send out the emails.
Here's the happiness I found this week and my favourites. I know I will have missed a lot of beauties but these popped out at me in the gallery. Happy Sunday and Mothers Day everyone.

Appreciate the mentions by Carlene and Janine - gives me the incentive to keep posting. Thanks to Sabrina for getting the thread started and Nancy for the notifications. It's great to be welcomed back so warmly!
