Welcome to the CAS Favorites thread for this week. This is a time to share with others the Clean and Simple cards you saved in your favorites gallery. Everyone is welcome to share...in fact, the more the merrier!

This thread is open to everyone and is a great way to recognize the work of SCS's many talented CAS artists.

There are really only two "rules" here on the thread:

The Gallery posts you link to should be in the CAS style...

And what does it mean to be Clean and Simple?
It's all about the design.
* Uncluttered
* lots of white or open space
* one main focal point
--------------------------------

...and they should be from the past week.

Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU favorite-ed this week.

If this is your first time being mentioned in this thread or you have a new blog we have blog badges found here in this post.

Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these steps:

1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.

2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."

3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.

4. Switch back to the first tab. Type the cardmaker's SCS name, add a couple of spaces and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line.

5. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.

6. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.

Birgit's leaf is AWESOME, as is her asymmetrical design.

I was really drawn to Linda's use of color on this one - a delightful variant on the idea of black and white with a pop of color.

Fiesta Right Meow by UnderstandBlue
Lydia's use of the big circle in her design really caught my eye - her positioning of it makes for a visually impactful, unexpected design.

Jessie's no-line coloring is amazing and her card is so darned sweet!

Cling Wrap For the Birds by nancy littrell
Nancy is on top of her game with this natural beauty.

Karen did a fabulous job in having her collage/die cuts "illustrate" her sentiment. CAS Perfection!

Girlfriends by Holstein
Sometimes it is the smallest detail that kicks a card up from really nice to fabulous. Linda's use of scoring on this fun card was that small detail for me.
