CC677 Do the Calypso and Play Peekaboo While Wearing Emeralds (3/6/18)
WELCOMECOLORLOVERS! It's Stef here and I'm so happy to be hosting this week! Before we get started with this week's challenge, let's celebrate the favorite from last week.
Karen hosted last week and she chose Antique Rose by Linda aka Holstein! This is what she said about her card:
"It was hard to choose one favorite this week because so many of them were awesome.....but this is my most favorite favorite. I absolutely LOVE this shade of pink and the gorgeous posie with black accents. I love the black striped back drop, everything about this card is dramatic and awesome!!"
Congratulations, Linda!! The code to add the badge to your blog is attached below, and your card also will be pinned on our Pinterest Challenge board. Check it out here.
Since it's a new month, we also have new guest designers. Joining us this month are the talented Jane aka janemom and Toni aka Ravengirl. Jane was our fave from CC636. Toni was our fave from CC641 and CC675. Welcome ladies!
Please keep in mind, too, that while we list SU colors for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!
Please put CC677 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge, use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card!

love these colors! I combined shamrocks and green gingham for St. Patrick's Day with my bunny and blossoming tree images- adding some layering, including an orange dry embossed panel. My embellishments were the adhesive pearls, mini orange brads, white ribbon, and a green gingham fabric mini border. Here's so lucky

I completely forgot dessert!! Thank you for the lovely colors Stef. We are having another snow day, and I'm tired of winter and can't wait to see color so I made another flower card. Orange Lily

Stef- great colors, thanks! I went with a black and white chalkboard treatment for my main panel, adding hints of green. Used a floral background for contrast, and my favorite embellishment, (striped) ribbon(s). Here's Love Grows
