Hello, it's Susie here starting this week's Favourites Thread. Summer is drawing to a close here which means most of you will be be getting a glimpse of Springtime weather....and that means a gallery full of sunshine!
About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, February 18 through Saturday, February 24. Everyone is welcome to join in -- check my next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.
Our dedicated team members will be making the notifications: Sabrina (Cook 22), Janine (Jay_Bee), Nancy (nwilliams6), Carlene (Chatterbox-1), Susie (susie australia), Shirley (wannabcre8tive) and Angie (ohmypaper!)
With no time in the craft room this week and little time in the galleries, my list is VERY small. My links are opening but the auto formatting doesn't seem to be working, so I have added the card makers names so that notifications can be sent ......Now the links are formatting LOL.
You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you. Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card makersSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the Quote button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!!Replying with the Quote button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week. Wow.....I am absolutely stoked as we Aussies sometimes say....thank you so much to Kim for choosing one of my VSN mini challenge cards as one of her favourites. Wow, I'm amazed and very honoured. Thank you Kim. I had such fun in the challenge and sometimes some small hiccups help us find a way to create something else and simpler.
Thank you also to my friend Susie in the East for starting this thread...I am just about to go through my favourites now and will post shortly. Also thanks to Shirley for the happy mail....
Gosh what a wonderful start to my Sunday afternoon....thank you again ladies. Hugs from Oz

Thanks you to Chatterbox-1 for mentioning my Valentine's box and making it a 'favorite'. Finding things masculine are always tricky and 'Tools of Love' became my answer this year. I wish I could have showed all sides of the box with more tools and hearts.
