Hi, it is Shirley, AKA wannabcre8tive, posting the F4A challenge today.
The challenge theme this week is "Recycle It". There are lots of things your could recycle that might look pretty cool on your card. Here are a few ideas - pages from books or magazines that you no longer use, tags from clothing, labels from can goods, onion bags, old buttons, etc..
Thank you, for checking out the challenge. Shelly, Heidiand I are always excited to see your cards. We can't wait to see what you have repurposed on your card.
Uploading: Remember the keyword is without spaces. Use a comma between keywords with a space after each comma.
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!

Shirley- love to repurpose and recycle! I have been re watching Season 6 of Downton Abbey and drinking tea- so here's my take on Downton Abbey's Lady Mary- with her letter to cousin Matthew- adding some crumpling, fabric strips, a tea packet, and fancy brads. Used a recycled red holiday card for my background. Here's Lady Mary

Shirley, great challenge. My card used an old set I bet you still have in your stash and haven't used in years. LOL I recycled an encyclopedia page, scraps that were on my desk and used teabags. Check outMY CARD

What a great idea to remind us to use recycled stuff. I found a old card box that had a clear lid so was able to use that for my "Window"...was fun....HERE is my "WINDOW"

Catching up on missed challenges while out with knee surgery and recovery. I'm finally feeling back to normal and able to craft when I want to. That is a delightful thing to be able to say!
I used a recycled accessory pack cork sheet that I won at a stamp gathering several years ago. I didn't care for the flowers and symbols imprinted on the cork that you had to fussy cut, so I turned it over and die-cut and punched my own flower layers for this card: Belated Birthday Wishes - Sister-in-Law #2!
